The best pants ever!
I have been purchasing and wearing the Washable Stretch Crepe Slim Pants for as many years as they have been sold by Eileen Fisher. I very much appreciate the variety of colors that have been offered over the years. I live in Hawaii so they are perfect year round. They are part of my daily go to uniform. I literally have 30 pairs in many colors that coordinate with a wide variety of tops. I am 5'2"" 124 lbs. with slender long legs, short waisted and full busted and wear a size small although I could wear an XS. I prefer them not too tight and to skim my body. These pants are excellent for traveling although not suitable for cold winter weather.
The fabric is not particularly soft but rather has a slightly stretchy crepe texture that I am comfortable wearing. The knees do not bag out even with repeated wearings. The cut has slightly changed over the years; they are currently a little looser and a little longer than in years past but still fit well. They are easily cared for: machine wash delicate in cool water, line dry. They look elegant day into evening when slightly ironed or steamed although ironing is not necessary.

Wonderful for Summer
I love these pants and have them in various colors. They are very comfortable and most importantly, I can put them in the dryer rather than having to find a place to hang them up or taking them to the cleaners. I can wear them straight from the dryer, no touch-up ironing needed.

Same Reliable Pant; Different Fabric
I own (years and years) of the Washable Stretch Crepe Pant in multiple colors and silhouettes. The fabric used in this particular pair is notably different--lighter weight and a more silky hand on the inside. This version was far more "drapey" on the body than all of my others of the same description. As a result, I returned it. The drape wasn't particularly flattering.

Slightly different fabric this year?
I should have bought a size smaller. L is best for me not XL.
I found the stretch fabric a bit thinner than the 4 previous ones I have bought in the past. I prefer the slightly thicker one

Pants need sporty jacket
I have several pairs of pants and I love them. A lady at bridge had a middle length jacket on to match the pants. I have never been able to find the jacket. Please help.

Very good product

great pants, a bit short for me
I love EF pants and. despite my one reservation, I own a few pairs. My one complaint is that I really need a 31" inseam, and yours are 30", sometimes less. I do happen to have longer legs than the average bear, even though I'm 5'5. I can't purchase more pants because of the length. Wish you would offer them in a longer length, not just cropped.

Eileen Fisher Increasingly Disappoints
These pants are TERRIBLE. The fabric is too thin, the knees bag out, the pants don't hold their shape, and they get longer as one wears them. I am returning them, and I am afraid the Eileen Fisher clothing we all once loved is no longer the dependable merchandise it used to be. I'm so disappointed.

I don't know what has happened to this company! I have been wearing EF clothing for about 25 years and am so disappointed in the "new" fabrics they are using - black (and other dark colors) faded after one wash and now the washable crepe that is so flimsy. I have no idea how it will look after washing but I don't have high hopes. This is so sad because I have pieces that are 15 years old that look brand new, but I don't trust anything any more.

Changes in fabric and leg length
I've been wearing EF stretch crepe pants for close to 30 years, adapting to changes in pant style and the crepe fabric. I'd become fond of the ankle-length slim pants because I no longer had to have them hemmed. (Petite sizing does not have the Xlarge I need.) "Uh-oh" was my reaction to a comment on the website about longer leg lengths in the ankle pants. Sure enough, I have to take these up an inch to keep them from puddling against my instep. Also, the reverse side of the crepe has a slick feel that is not typical of the pants I have from a year ago or more. But I'm glad to see the ink-navy color back in the line.

Really like the fit of these pants.
I have found this pant to work so well in my wardrobe., and in the ink color in my most recent purchase so versatile in many occasions casual and dressy. It is a year round weight of fabric for me in Florida. I will contnue to add colors.

Best fitting pants
I have many of these, for all the colors in my wardrobe. I love them! They are easy to wash (handwash cycle), they are good for night or day depending on the top. I WILL BUY MORE AS SOON AS I need them!

Classy pant.
Nice flattering pants. I got these in Eucalyptus. The material is soft and giving. I purchased in size M but I do have to wear something long enough to cover the top and upper thigh, but I love the slim legs.
