I love black turtlenecks—my go-to garment for comfort and simple dressing. The EF silk version is lovely for dressing up a bit. It’s very lightweight and comfortable worn with pants or a skirt. Add some jewelry, a scarf, flats, pumps or boots and I’m ready for anything. Just be very careful washing, as the silk jersey tends to spot. I use a mesh bag and wash it alone on gentle with an extra rinse. This is my second as the fabric wears over time and I wear it enough to justify buying it again every 2 years. I hope they never discontinue it.

Wardrobe staple!
I have several of these exquisite silk turtlenecks and have been wearing them for years as my base layer for winter and often in the shoulder seasons. It’s perfect in every way — lovely fabric, very comfortable design, quality construction, hand washes beautifully, disappears under whatever I wear as my next layer, essential for travel, adds just enough warmth but breathes. I’m going to buy 2 more today. 5’4” 112# XS.

New Version of an Old Favorite
For years, I wore and loved EF’s stretch silk jersey scrunch-neck t-neck tops; I had several in rotation. As I grew older, they began feeling a little too snug in the neck for me, so, reluctantly, I recycled them through EF Renew. I’m thrilled to find that this new version is a tad looser. Not sloppy, just comfy at the neck and all over. I hope EF will consider making this in graphite and ivory, both of which already appear in stretch silk jersey tanks. I would buy them in a heartbeat! Thank you!

This is an elegant silhouette with a beautiful silky feel. It fits true to size. I did hem the sleeves slightly. Highly recommended to dress up jeans or dressy with a skirt. Love it!

Marvelous (new to me) silk fabric!
I've loved my Eileen Fisher clothing for years. This is my first Stretch Silk Jersey, and it is truly a miracle fabric. So comfortable to wear, breathes, temperature regulating, and washes like a dream. Highly recommend.

Silk jersey turtleneck top
This silk jersey turtleneck was the missing piece in my wardrobe. It is perfect for layering under cardigans, vests and jackets. The silk jersey fabric doesn't add extra bulk when used as a layering piece. It fits true to size in my regular size large. I considered sizing up one size due to the slim fit, but the large fit perfectly. It doesn't cling and this piece will pack nicely for travel and won't wrinkle. Love it!
