Nice but super sheer and slim fitting. Usually buy a L but had to buy XL and even that is a bit snug in places.

basic wardrobe addition.
Thin knit which is great under other sweaters or tops but a little too thin otherwise. Not a true turtleneck in my opinion. The collar does not stand up after its put on and just bunches around my neck.

lovely and lightweight
lovely lightweight, yet warm garment. I have been wearing the turtlenecks under a winter jumper and it is just the perfect layering piece. I would love them in all colors. I would say the fit is more of an easy fit, than slim fit, which is great.

Great Turtleneck!
I purchased this turtleneck in black. I love the fabric, fit and stying. It is perfect for layering or even wearing alone. I am thinking of ordering another one in a different color. I did size up from my usual EF top size as I preferred a looser fit in this snug fit style.

One of favorite Eileen Fisher Staples.
The stylish turtleneck is a great edition to my wardrobe for work or weekend. The light weight sheer turtleneck top works perfectly with my winter wardrobe. I am able to layer under a wool jacket or layer under my pull on sweaters to keep me warm during the cold Midwestern winters. This top is a winter essential!

Treat like a fashionable Base Layer
So soft and warm. Purchased the first one and could not believe how soft it was. I’ve been on the look out for when there is a sale and now have many of the colors. Made a mistake in a size but kept it anyway gives a different relaxed look. I like monochromatic outfits but sometimes another color really can pull an outfit in another direction.

Beautifully soft material against the body. Neck fits well and is not chocking! Fits close to the body for layering. If you want more room, size up. I got my regular M in wren which is just fine. If I were ordering a light color that would be less forgiving I might size up.This feels so good to wear!

Turtleneck weather time
I purchased this in great Wren color. I needed a lighter weight turtleneck but personally would prefer a fabric with slightly more body. This style is very form fitting. That said I did keep and will enjoy.

extremely sheer
I bought one black and two char turtle neck tops. The Turtle neck tops were extremely sheer (thin) and not really made to fit inside of pants. I do not like wearing tops hanging out over pants, so I always tuck them inside of my pants. When I do this I can slightly blouse the bottom of the turtle neck out over the waistband. This does not work with these tops. The top sags like wet paper pleats at the waist, unfortunately.

Turtlenecks are my "go to" during the cooler months. As a layering piece, this is excellent-soft and not bulky. I sized up based on the "snug" fit description. "Dove" is a nuanced light taupe that pairs well with Eileen Fisher's "chalk" or with charcoal.

Runs Small, Sheer, and Color Not as Expected
The turtleneck runs two sizes too small and is sheer. I typically wear an M in Eileen Fisher and an L in standard street sizes. I ordered this in an L, but it was still too tight. The fabric is sheer enough to require a cami underneath, so it works best as a basic layering piece. While it’s incredibly soft and pleasant to the touch, that's about the only benefit. The color isn’t a rich ivory as expected, but rather a heather beige.
