The perfect linen shirtdress!
This dress will be my go-to dress all summer long. The puckered linen fabric is so cool and comfortable, and the blue and white stripes are a classic favorite. I love shirtdresses, and I'm so happy EF designed this dress with a classic collar which can be popped up and IMO frames the face better than a band collar. Easy care and launders beautifully--cold water wash, hang dry and smooth it out with your hands. The care tag instructs not to iron since you'll iron out the puckers, but it was a bit stiff after it dried, so I did a light iron. It was still puckered, just not as much. No worries, as the puckers return after the next wash. I hope EF offers this dress in more colors, as I viewed the Bronze colorway in store, and it's pretty see through. I purchased my usual EF size XS and the fit is perfect. For reference, I'm 5'6", 143 lbs., bust 34B with slightly broad shoulders.
