Nice but too boxy

A staple that you’ll wear often
This is a lovely longer-length sweater. I will wear it with pants mostly for a more casual look. Looks best with slimmer leg pants, IMO. The alpine color is rich and deep. The drape is nice and the fabric is soft. Because it is 100% (soft) cotton, there is no itchiness for people who can’t wear wool next to the skin.

Nice sweater 0but an issue
Nice sweater but when I looked at it closely it had numerous wrinkles that made it look like someone had worn it and returned it--and it hadn't been steamed out before it was repackaged. They weren't the wrinkles of a new product.I have been an EF customer for 20 years and I'm starting to wonder about the decisions the business people are making.

Why, oh why, none in petite this year?
I wrote a review a year ago about this, raving about i
in the petite size range, as my perfect sweater and imploring you to please make more, in petite sizes, and in more colors. So my heart leapt when I just saw this on your site — only to see all the petite options consistently crossed out in all these great color choices — darn.
Looks like you brought it back, but not in petite. The length of hem and upper body proportions in non-petite sizes is untenable for a shorter-height lady, but in your former petite sizing on it, this sweater is perfection in every other way. Just covers the derrière and drapes so perfectly, and hits all upper-torso proportions beautifully for a shorter-height gal. Doesn’t overwhelm one’s shoulders, flatters a figure, not too bulky or bunchy…(thankfully no dolman-sleeve or drop-shoulder effect like many of your sweaters which isn’t great on a shorter lady, one reason I love)… also not too hot indoors or out, can be layered or not, dressed up or dressed down, beautiful fine fabric and knit, slim yet easy drape that gracefully skims the body, and one can wear truly in all
4 seasons,
I would like to ask why you didn’t make it in petites, even with such strong fan-request for same? But I assume it’s too late for this year, unless (dare I hope?) maybe they are just delayed by the factory?
I haven’t kept wearing the ONE that I still have very much, as
I now try to save for special summery or Florida travel occasions since the one I have is a soft light blue — thankfully I got one stain out this summer and I got a small hole at my pants-button locations repaired by a gifted seamstress… As I said last year, I SO wish you would make more colors and in petite sizing.
I have been watching the site for a year to see if it was coming back… it feels like a punch to my gut seeing it came back, in all sizes except petites! Ha ha!

Fab Fabric
As always the fabric was even more scrumptious than I imagined. Super soft and supple, this will be a go to comfy transition weather sweater. It is a little longer looking on my sub-model stature (5’4”) so great with leggings and a smidge of a tank or camisole peeking out of the neckline.
