Good fit, great style
Very comfortable and fits true to size. The cargo pockets are a nice detail, giving the pants a very casual, yet finished look.

Hello Eileen, please help me, im 54 yrs old and just discovered linen…I know embarrassing. If I paid extra of pretty much any amount, would you please re release the cargo linens…perdy perdy Perdy please oh so please. Thank you! I hope someone can help. The best pants I’ve ever owned💕💕💕

The pants are see through
I wanted a pair of casual linen pants to wear this summer for casual events like a backyard party. I thought these would work. But these white cargo style pants are transparent - you see everything, I mean everything through them. They are best suited with a swim suit as a cover up at the beach or by the pool -- but not to wear to go shopping or run errands or to dinner. You will be putting yourself out there for public display and scrutiny. However if you are body perfect maybe they would be okay. Just not for me. I returned them.

Wonderful cheerful red linen pants!
I love these bright red linen cargo pants! I looked at these pants again and again on the Eileen Fisher website. Then, I saw that they were on sale, but I just couldn't decide what size might fit best. And, while I was taking time to decide, both sizes that might fit me sold out. Then, some time passed and there was another sale and I looked at all the pants available in size Small because I had lost weight. Amazingly, this pant in red linen in size small was suddenly available again. I ordered the red pants. The wonderful red pants fit me perfectly. I was so pleased.
The red linen is somewhat lighter weight and great for warmer weather. I have a lot of Eileen Fisher tops and shirts that will be perfect with red linen pants (white shirts, black shirts, pink shirts, deep blue shirts...), and scarves, and layered with a contrasting tank in linen or silk. So many possibilities...
The fabric is linen, with linen's wrinkly casual quirky personality. I love the zipper and button front with elastic waist - a nice design detail which is different from pants with a full elastic waist. The red color is opaque - no see through effect.
For size reference: I am about 5'6" (I'm now older and decreased in height from my original 5'8" but my legs are still the same long length as they were when I was younger). My waist about 30", and my hips about 38"-39." Sometimes a size Medium in Eileen Fisher pants is too large in the waist and sags loosely, and sometimes a size small in pants is just too small in the waist. It's difficult to predict waist & hip sizing in different pants styles! These pants are so nice and I'm happy there was a pair waiting for me!

Fun red pants
I love the color and the weight of these pants. I feel the cargo style is youthful. The do get a little loser with wear, which is common for linen.
