#1, gotta have versatile, travel piece
From the numerous Eileen Fisher (EF ) pieces purchased for a birthday celebration in Japan, the subtle elegance of this lantern skirt was surprisingly the most versatile and comfortable piece. Terrific in the plane…no dragging on the lavatory floor and due to the nature of the fabric, I looked and felt “fresh as a daisy” as when I left six hours from Honolulu. Weather being 46 to 60° just layered EF poplin and linen shirts with tops/vests with this skirt for shopping at Ginza6, Omotesando , Kappabayashi and Ikebukuro. Pulled off Kaiseki birthday dinner with Peruvian cotton funnel neck pullover with leggings.
Easy packing pucker fabric is washable for next day wear, with comfort elasticized waist band, fashionable hem, pockets with room enough for hotel keys, wallet and make up. More neutral colors in PETITE please.

I've been considering buying one of these skirts for a while. When I found it on sale, I decided to pull the trigger. I did take the advice in other reviews and size down, which worked out perfectly. The skirt is flattering and comfortable. I love how it feels on. And it has pockets! Everything I want.

Way too big
Lovely skirt but the sizing is so off. Small was huge. I was sad because u wanted to exchange for smaller one but that size was sold out.
