I wish I could speak to EF personally as to how her wonderful company and quality clothes has taken hit. Synthetic materials creeping into the mix, and cuts that are too narrow or too short or too tight. This, not to mention the outsourcing of untrained customer service reps who may not even know what EF once represented---they seem totally untrained and uninterested in the problem unlike the retired women who once provided this service and who knew EF as customers themselves. We always had good things to say about EF. I've been buying her clothes since her first store opened on 9th Street in the East Village. We older and wiser women know quality unlike many of the young who are now entering the industry. Synthetic materials should not be costing the same price and an XS should be an XS! Glad I have last year's XS in my Eileen Collection and from the earlier more authentic days. This skirt was way too narrow in the hips. I hesitate to try the larger size because it will probably prove to big. I should not have to make an exchange or shop elsewhere. ! You can join the mediocre companies out there who imitate the 'look,' and you can save manufacturing costs by cutting out material, using synthetics, doing away with underskirts, or sewing in hanger loops, etc., but you'll never fool the "old guard." What a pity.

Clean, simple style; without lining or pockets
Thank you EF for making this in petite sizes! Nice clean, simple style with a classy high waist. I returned it as I realized it was not worth the price (no lining, no pockets) with as little I will likely wear this ...realized after trying it on.
