Not bad
Very comfy pants. However a sweat stain appeared. It went away quickly though because of the material. I am worried about the durability because the material is very light weight.

Beautiful pants! The cute is flowy and elegant. I love the kelp color- so rich and multidimensional. Looks amazing with the matching sort sleeve too and with my other black EF tops. Feel good about nabbbing these pants on sale!

Beautiful pants but care may be an issue
I went into the store to try on these pants because fit is always an issue. I found the XS worked for me (5'5' and 117 lbs) and decided to dry clean it before wearing it. The dry cleaner thought I had tried to hand wash the pants first because she said the dye was not even. When I picked up the pants, there was a note saying that the fabric was extremely wrinkled after cleaning. I am passing this information on to you because the care instructions may need to change. I have owned acetate-made apparel before and know how wrinkled they can get after a machine or hand wash. It looks like dry cleaning is the best option for this material.

Great pants for work and after
I love these pants so much, i bought them in both colors. They work great for work, as well as for events after. Every time I wear them, I get compliments on the color, fit, and overall look. A perfect 10, in my opinion. I opted for a petite size, so as to avoid the need to shorten and they are perfect.

Need Tall Length
At 5'9" how is a 29.5" inseam full length? I wish Eileen Fisher would consider designing pants in tall length-31" & above. Not everyone wants ankle length pants. I am a long-time purchaser of EF clothing; however, the length of the pants has always been a concern.

Totally SEE Through in wheat
I purchased the Lightweight Satin Shimmer Wide Pants, matching top, and Double Tie Scarf in wheat at full price specifically for my kid’s university graduation tomorrow, an incredibly important once in a lifetime occasion. I bought this outfit two months ago and only tried it on again tonight while choosing shoes I had specifically purchased from another store to go with it a couple of days ago, when my husband pointed out that the fabric is completely see through. Unfortunately, he was absolutely right.
I am beyond disappointed. For a premium priced outfit, I never expected the material to be so sheer that it’s unwearable in public without extensive layering. What makes this even more upsetting is that when I purchased the pieces, the change rooms were located at the back of the store and not a single sales associate mentioned the transparency of the fabric or suggested trying it on in better lighting. A simple warning would have saved me a great deal of stress and disappointment.
Now, less than 24 hours before my son’s graduation, I am left without an outfit, feeling completely ripped off and honestly heartbroken. I invested in these pieces believing I was buying quality and elegance for a meaningful family event. Instead, I am scrambling at the last minute with virtually no time to find an alternative.
For the price point, I expected far better quality, honesty, and customer care.
