First, I love all things EF boiled wool! Lovely, warm, cozy basic, beautiful coloring...YAY! This charcoal color seams to have an underlying nocturne cast..blending not only with all my blacks, charcoals, and greys, but also seamlessly blending with my blue nocturne. It's awesome, I love it and so happy I purchased it!!!!

While traveling abroad, this lovely vest caught the eye of my good friend, and so naturally, I gave it away, thinking to replace it when I arrive home. Can you believe, it was sold out! However, with awesome luck, one was returned to stock online, right before my very eyes! So, I purchased it quickly indeed! This vest is so practical, so flattering, and so cozy. You absolutely must purchase one for you and another one for your friend. Eileen, listen up, perhaps you might consider adding this vest to the core collection? And wouldn’t you like to see it in blue steel or red cedar? Then you might sell three to each customer! Thanks for making great basics!

Love the weight of this boiled wool vest!
Just found this vest in my local EF store and tried it on, loved it instantly! Beautiful, light and super soft boiled wool - will be great to layer under sweaters and jackets AND over thin turtlenecks and shirts...promises to be a workhouse garment...and I didn't pay any attention to it online. I went up a size to a L to layer - highly recommend!

First cool day of fall — perfect piece. Simple lines layer well. Love the concealed snaps to close. Wish there were more colors (black, dark blue). May buy a second one because I will wear this often.
