Comfy walking shorts
Nice length and beautiful material. I don’t like the pockets which stick out. I will wear a tee or shirt to cover them.

One of my favs
I bought these to replace a pair I bought several years back that are getting a little washed out. They fit like a split skirt (or above knee culottes). They run true to my Eileen Fisher size small. I’m an Apple 5’6 145 lbs and the length is perfect just above the knee. Dress up or down—I’d love to see more colors.

Perfect summer shorts!
These are great shorts - the fabric is lightweight to keep you cool on the hottest days. The shorts are drapey and full enough to look almost like a skirt, but with the comfort of shorts. (I sized up because I prefer looser shorts.) They have pockets! And they are easy to dress up or down. LOVE them!!!

If you want to look frumpy these are for you
These shorts are the definition of frumpy. The waist is too high for a petite woman, almost reached the bottom of my rib cage. The length was too long, just above my knees. They looked like a pair of gym shorts, though not grey, definitely not worth $98. I think you would have to be 5'10", 100 pounds with a long waist to even begin to look good in these. I sent them back the next day.

a culotte short that has nice drape
I went with S --even though I am a thick-waisted person of 140-ish lbs. My hips are slender but there is plenty of hip room for more hourglass shapes. At 5'5', hits well above knee. These run large and drape better on your body than first look out of package. With the right black jersey top, also gives an illusion of short jumpsuit.

Looked at these for weeks, but because model was 5'10" and I'm 5'6" I was afraid the shorts would hit mid knee or below. Finally ordered and are above my knee, ordered the medium I always order and everything great.

Super Comfy Shorts!
These shorts are cut generously, drape beautifully, and the waist is proportionate to the sizing. I am so grateful for an elastic waist that isn’t too snug - as a colon resection patient, it is extremely difficult to find comfortable shorts and pants - most are far too confining in the waist. I am 5’, weigh 110 and purchased a PS. Were it not for my physical condition, I would have opted for a PP.
