I want to wear this skirt every day. It is fashionable, comfortable and versatile. It never loses shape, doesn’t wrinkle,, yet has a nice fall and doesn’t look stiff. I feel very put together. It goes with everything. I especially like that it suits my 5’3” frame.

I've wanted a wool skirt, and this one met all my criteria. It is above the ankle, A-line, elegant and graceful. I got black and will wear it with sweaters and blazers, so it is versatile, casual or dressier. It does have a zipper and interior button at the waist. The waist band does have some elasticity. Their is no real hem, so it could not be let out. I felt that was a bit skimpy at the price, and also no lining, but I usually wear a slip anyway. It's a very basic skirt.

Gift card
Do not ever purchase a gift card from this company and tell anyone who may purchase a gift card for you not to do it! Where do I even start? First of all if you need to cancel an order purchased with a gift card even within 30 minutes they need to reissue a new gift card and they send it snail mail. Then you can’t combine gift cards online😓 then fedx lost mu package and Eileen fisher waits 10 days for them to say it’s lost , then they send another gift card snail mail and I’m missing out on the sale items I want to purchase. This is a joke period! They should have better technology to upload a gift card digitally to not take so long to send a new one and what is with not being able to combine gift cards online? With these prices it’s just a scam to get you to spend more money. I am so fed up with the stress this gift card has caused. Just a warning to all customers, no gift cards!

Doesn’t seem finished.
This felted skirt is beautiful but since it is not lined, I worry that it could become misshaped in the fanny from sitting. Will need to wear a slip that helps prevent that. Also, it is not hemmed and just has a line of stitching near the bottom where it is cut off. That makes it seem unfinished and a bit tacky. A hem would give it more body at the bottom, which would enhance the flair.

Great skirt
I bought this skirt in the redwood first and then bought the black one. It is warm, a good fit, and looks great. I always wear a slip (summer and winter) regardless of whether or not a dress or skirt is lined so I do not have some of the issues others have mentioned.
