Birthday $50 Discount used on UNCOMFORTABLE shoe
I am so disappointed in Eileen right now. I ordered the Code Nappa Leather Wedge Sandal as it looked like it would be a good sandal for my deformed foot. I have a difficult time with shoes due to my foot having multiple surgeries to repair it. Birkenstocks are the best on my feet, but this shoe looked like it might work for me and be nicer looking than Birkenstocks. This sandal is made with a cork sole (like my Birkis) and quality soft leather that I thought would be good/comfortable for my foot. However, it doesn't work for my foot. Sadly, they were very VERY uncomfortable. I tired the right sandal on my deformed foot and knew immediately that they would not work for me. I had to return the sandals that I had used my $50 Birthday Discount on. Since I was returning the sandal, I thought I could use the $50 Birthday Discount towards something else. EILEEN SAID, "You can use your $50 birthday discount again as long as you order the same shoe but different size or color". WHAT?!!! I have to use it on the same VERY SAME UNCOMFORTABLE SHOE?!!! Eileen, you disappoint me. I have been a very loyal, long-time (over 30 years) customer with a closet full of Eileen Fisher. Eileen, if you change your mind and do right by me, I will update this review regarding a better "Customer Service" experience. Right now, your Customer Service is pretty poor.

Nappa leather wedge sandal
I liked the leather of this sandal and the wide width was comfortable but, as another customer noted, the footbed made a funny squeaky sound when I walked so I returned them.

Too wide
Very nice sandal. Just what I was looking for, but I had to return them because they are just too wide, my foot slips through, my toes hang over the top, and they can’t be adjusted. I think these would be perfect for someone with a wider foot. I am typically medium width in all other shoes.

Love the look of the shoe. Very comfortable and runs true to size. The buttery soft leather does stretch a bit though.

Not comfortable!
As I replied to someone’s comment this shoe is terrible. It hurts. The worst thing is that I got it on final sale and can’t return! Wasted $95 bucks.
