Great pants but terrible customer service
I bought these pants on sale in casis (btw, more purple than burgundy) with shipping to my local store. Pants went missing and no one at the store seemed to know what to do about it. I gave them several days to locate the pkg but still missing, apparently delivered to wrong address, I learned later. I re-ordered the pants, this time w/ delivery to my home. I called customer service to report the missing pkg and obtain a price adjustment given the replacement pants were more expensive. I was told I cannot get a refund for the lost pair until they complete their missing pkg investigation (8 days) and they would not give me a price adjustment on the replacement pair until the order shipped. I called back today and they took care of the latter. However I don’t understand why I am not able to get an immediate refund for the first pair while they haggle with UPS. I clearly I don’t have them and neither does EF. Not one person has apologized to me for being inconvenienced. When EF realized the pkg was not delivered to their store they should have apologized for having me make the trip in vain and for the delay in receiving my item, and immediately ordered a replacement with expedited shipping. Clearly the customer is secondary. I received the replacement pants today; size S is slightly tighter in the waist and shorter than the other colors I have. The paper pkg was ripped in multiple places and taped back together. I was worried the pants had been slashed when I saw the state of the mailing bag. Horrible experience. I will never order online from EF again.

I really appreciate these crepe knit pants. I have several pair. As a pear shaped figure, the straight pant works best for me.

Well designed, wear like iron, wash beautifully, color never fades. I’d buy this in every color if they were available. I think the price has been raised dramatically. I don’t know why, this is a standby item.

Comfortable and dressy
I bought a similar pair many years ago and they are still in excellent shape. This blue color is very pretty and and the fit is excellent & true to size. My prior pair were a cropped design and I found this pair to be normal length.

Way too long and wide! I ordered the same size as always, but something has clearly changed in the sizing. Obviously, we will need to wait until I am close to a retail store to try things on first.

Completed my fall/winter wardrobe!
I have these pants in many colors, so I knew what I wanted and knew what to expect. I picked the cassis when it came available. I have many tops purchased in previous and current years in cassis so by updating my bottoms to this item now provides me so many options. Great color, great pant.

Bring back full length.
Love the pants hate the length. I can’t imagine who wouldn’t prefer full length pants in fall and winter. Who wants to show their ankles or have a gap from pant to shoe when the weather is chilly or cold? They look ridiculous and btw are not as flattering as longer pants. Please please return to full length straight leg pants.

I have more than 15 pairs of your pants and have loved them until now. The length is ludicrous. Who on earth wants ankle length pants at this time of year. They’re ok in the summer, but as the weather cools they are too short and ridiculous looking: as if I’m wearing pants I grew out of it or belong to my daughter. Please please please go back to full length straight leg pants.

Glad I bought these.
These are really comfortable pants. The blue color is beautiful. The small fit to the ankle on me, although I ordinarily would wear a PM. Since they pull on, the crotch is a little revealing in a way that I wouldn't prefer, but fine with a longish top.

Love these pants. They will go with everything. I'm at the bottom of petite sizing and not many Eileen pants fit properly but these do and my gut doesnt hang over the waistband. Will buy more.
