It wasn’t the item I asked for a number of times. I repeated, at least three times, I want the pant I always buy. What arrived was a longer version that didn’t exist when I was repeatedly buying the pant I requested. I took the tags off and washed it trusting it was the one I wanted only to try it on and discover it went down to my feet. My sons came for Mother’s Day. One from NY and the other from overseas. It was a special time. I had to wear one of my old Eileen Fisher pants that is use for the gum that now had baggy knees and a wavy hem. We went to Lake Park Bistro for Mother’s Day. It’s upscale for Milwaukee and I wore a Ferragamo
scarf and cashmere sweater. I have pictures.
I worked with Liz in Chicago many times. And I’ve purchased Eileen Fisher in NY and over the phone in various cities and department stores. . Liz knew me. I trusted the Chicago Store because of her.
When I ordered the pant over the phone, I was told Liz no longer worked there and the gentleman answering the phone was the new manager.
I was so frustrated when I realized I received the wrong pant. I just ignored it until after Mother’s Day and my sons had left.
I know a return used to be sent to NY where they tested it to assure the item hadn’t been worn,
It wasn’t worn. I only tried on for a minute. So much has changed these past years. I’m not sure what to do. Please advise.
I don’t have the tags or the packaging since I thought the one I wanted had arrived. I threw the tags and packaging away and washed it immediately.

Comfortable pants for plus size women
I love these pants they’re super comfortable and since I’m a plus size I find them to be wonderful because I am large in the middle but thin in the legs so the slim fit works perfectly for me.

Never received them but was charged for them.
Never received them as they were sent to the wrong address. I called EF and the lady didn’t seem to care. I purchase a lot from EF but was very disappointed.

Amazing Fit
These Stretch Crepe Slim Pants have an amazing fit. The first time I tried them on, I felt they had been tailored for me. Also, weight of the fabric make them perfect for travel.

Wanted to love these
Nice quality pant but the smallest size is several inches too big in the waist and several inches too short. Not for thin bodies with long legs.

Love these pants!
Love these pants! I ordered a large. I wear these in a medium a lot. I was hoping the L would give me a bit different profile - less close to my legs, a bit longer, a bit looser. It worked! I am happy to have both options - these dress up really well and are so comfortable and they are a favorite travel pant.
