Classic design and color (wren)
Bought in the medium-dark brown shade for something different than black or blue. Nice ankle length and easy to wear with many tops and styles. Fun if you want your boots or sandals to show.

Perfect with a long Ponte blazer
I love that there is an EF Ponte pant for everyone. The most flattering shapes for me are the lantern/carrot and the wide leg. I’m 5’2”, 135 lbs with a curvy/pear bottom. This straight leg pant isn’t as flattering for me in lighter colors because the fabric skims close enough to show the lumps and bumps on 55+ old legs. But I still give these 5 stars because they are part of a great line product line up — same pants slightly different cut. If you don’t have a big butt and thighs, and wide leg fit has you swimming in too much fabric, these will be perfect for you. They are also the perfect straight leg pant for a long blazer. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a long jacket and straight leg pants in the same color (except black) so I sent these back. Definitely wash and drip dry and finish with a low iron — don’t tumble dry to keep the knit looking neat and polished.

My New Airplane Pants
I was looking for something to replace an older pair of pants that I use on frequent long-haul flights... something that would look put-together but also not bind in any way and be comfortable. These felt great the moment I put them on! The fabric is a nice weight and they are so so soft. The length is perfectly ankle-length for me (I'm 5'4"). I've been wearing them everywhere. I feel like they run a bit large (I think I would normally be a size 20 in pants and got a 1x for these).

Soft pants
I am 5.4 and 108 pounds. The PP fits nice except they bag in the rear end and I need to wear with a longer shirt to cover up. The fabric feels so soft and the length is at the ankle. I love the higher waistline that fits good.

Where are the Petite Pants?
This pants are too long to be considered Petite. I am quite displeased with the lack of Petite pants this fall. The color was much more of a green than I had wanted.

The Perfect Pant
The Washable Flex Ponte straight pants are the absolute best for travel, work, and elevated leisure. They are soft with a luxurious feel and drape. They are casual enough for a day of running errands but can also be dressed up for an evening out. The stretch waist never rolls and my favorite part is they don’t bag out in the knees or derrière, which makes them the perfect travel pant.

The associate was very helpful. Being of shorter stature many of the EF styles don't work for me. The combo set looks great and I was able to have it as a staple on my flight to Portland.

Very nice pants but ...
I truly wish these pants fit. They are a very nice cut and fabric but they are not consistent with EF size large in my experience. The waist and the fabric in the hips, butt, belly are small with no give. If you are slim in these areas they will no doubt work for you.

Not the same quality
I have so many EF ponte pants and these are not the same. They are so thin and flimsy compared to the others in my closet, yet they are the same price. The weight, quality and drape do not compare and there is no other choice to match the wren sweaters in this style of pants. What a disappointment.

Flex Ponte Straight Leg Pants
Comfort and fashion rolled into one simple, yet elegant pair of pants. The flex Ponte fabric is as soft as a baby’s blanket but doesn’t wrinkle or bag out when wearing. The straight leg cut is flattering, and can be dressed up for dinner out, a day in the office, or just running around town. The elastic waist is comfortable and doesn’t roll. I am 5’7, 180lbs with a curvy figure. I bought my first pair in a XL, but am sizing down to a L. My plan is to buy these pants in every color offered.

Year round choice.
I love these pants! And I have numerous EF pairs. These are a perfect fit and the Dove color is a year round color here in Florida.The fabric is smooth, silky and somewhat light weight. I have not yet washed them so cannot speak to how they hold up but I wish they were available in several additional colors.

Great Basic Pant for Fall
I bought these in brown, which has turned out to be a very practical color. They fit beautifully and are thick enough to be winter pants but are not bulky. I wish they had pockets but they do create a smooth silhouette. I am wearing them a lot so I consider that a successful purchase!

Could be great, but...
These have the potential to be great pants, but unfortunately the new Ponte and Crepe pants are simply not the same quality as the old EF staples. They look baggy and worn out way too quickly. Also, why the ankle length? The full length is so much more flattering. True to EF sizing.

Perfect fit
My first washable Ponte pant and the petite length is perfect for my short legs. Several of EILEEN’s petite pants are too long for my 5’2” frame and honestly , when I pay full price for a nice pant I don’t want to have to pay to shorten the length. Just me and my personal preference. Fortunately, these Ponte pants fit just like the pair on the model in the picture. The pants are so comfortable and look very chic at the same time. They wash well, too. I bought PM. 150lb

EF quality now very disappointing
So the economy caught up to EF. Fabrics, sizing everything changed. One wash and the tencel fabric feels like cheap cotton and shrinks. It doesn't wash, fit or feel the same. EF clothing always had a nice drape ... not now. It used to be my go to but sadly I don't visit often anymore. I cant risk spending my money and time ordering only to return or just throw them away after one wash.

What has happened to the sizing?
I wanted to love these pants. I love the new color wren, and I wanted the more modern look of straight leg pants, especially in the heavier, dressier ponte. I am a longtime EF customer, and have a closet full of perfect fitting EF pants. However, that was in the past. For the last year, I have tried several different styles, but the sizing has changed and nothing fits me. For one thing, they are all longer. I am short, and EF ankle pants used to be perfect as a full length pant on me. Now they are longer and in some styles what used to be a slim leg is wider. Before I ordered these, I checked all the measurements against my existing ones; however, the measurements in the description are not the measurements you get : in this case they were over an inch longer. So once again I had to return them. I am disappointed.

These pants are perfect! I had a pair in black and the brown is beautiful. I usually wear a size 4 or 6 in pants and the small fit well. The Small in the slim pant (not this one) is too big.

Great fabric and comfortable fit.
These ponte pants are a great alternative to the stretch crepe that I usually buy. The thigh and leg are generous but not too wide. The elastic waistband is comfortable. I bought a (dark loden-greenish) color other than black to change up the look, and it goes great with all of my black sweaters and blazers. I pair it with a printed scarf that picks up the color in the pants.
