Lovely color
The pine color is gorgeous, and the silky fabric feels luxurious against my skin. I’m 5’6”, so the XL is a little long for me, but that’s not the pants’ fault. I’ll likely have them hemmed a few inches higher.

Very nice velvet pant.
Easy wear velvet. Feels & looks great. Tapered leg didn’t allow drape of this beautiful material so caused extra fullness at thighs (for me). Waist/hip/pocket area all laid nicely. Big plus is pant washable. Purchased Black, PP; I am 5’, 100lbs. Didn’t keep due to thigh fullness.

Beautiful pant.
Beautiful velvet pant. Great quality fabric with nice movement and drape. Bought the smaller size than usual and the fit is great. I very happy with this purchase.

Easy, classy velvet pant
A beautiful pant - this is my second pair. I love that the fabric is machine-washable. The label says tumble dry low, but I hang dry instead, to better preserve the velvet. These are super-comfortable and they can be dressy or a bit more casual. I knocked off a star though, because like most EF pants, they are a bit short on me. I am just under 5'7" and these "ankle pants" hit well above my ankles. EF's full-length pants are never full length on me, either. I wish EF would cater to taller customers. I would spend way more money on their pants.

Low crotch
Normally, Eileen Fisher lists pants that have a low-hanging crotch as "slouchy." These were not. Nevertheless, the crotch of the pants falls several inches below a normal fit, resulting in a lot of fabric flapping around between your legs. Returned. Please describe pants cut this way so that those of us who dislike the sloppiness can avoid them.

Beautiful pant; fit not perfect.
These pants are lovely and I am sure I will consider them a basic of my holiday wardrobe going forward. This Christmas I paired them with a claret colored V-neck velvet EF top I’ve had for a few years. A nice look! The pants (Petite Small) are more snug in the hip than I would have liked and longer in the rise than needed. The Petite Medium was much too large. Perhaps I am between the two sizes, but I will keep the Petite Small and plan on not gaining any weight🤗. I am 80 years old, 5’1”+, “curvy” and weigh 135 pounds.
