LOVE IT!
Surplus is my new favorite color! Hard to describe. More brown than green. Wear it with white now. Black this fall.or he matching lantern pant or jeans too. Love the soft cotton. Fit is boxy, which I especially like for these hooded tops. Length perfect. I have this top in other colors and washes and dries beautifully in machine. Would love more items in surplus.
