disappointing customer service
I ordered this drees on 1/17/25 via online.
I received an email on 2/3/25 from the Eileen Fisher saying this merchandise returned, see if I want this.
I said yes, I probably received couple of days later.
I was away and I tried yesterday 2/17/25. It didn't feet well.
I decided to return this then it said it is out of 30 days window.
I called this morning to customer service, the person said I have to pay for the postage because it is 31 days.
It was not m y fault I received on Feb.
The person said it is not their fault either.
I have been a royal customer since 1990.

Beautiful dress
This dress is a beautiful basic but
the fit did not work for me. I ordered a small and a PM and unfortunately neither worked. The small was too long and the PM was too tight around my hips. Regretfully i returned. For reference I am 5'4" and 123 lbs.

Doesn't hold up to wash?
This is a fabulous versatile dress, and the ribs make it more substantial than the usual jersey dress-- but I am puzzled as to why no other review seems to mention how this dress holds up to washing. I just wore it for the first time - loved it! - and then washed on delicate cycle (cold water, low spin, new Bosch dryer) and it came out about 3 inches wide. The ribs had all folded up like an accordian. I hung to dry and tried "reshaping", but that did not do much of anything. The care instructions say to dry on low -- would this solve the problem?? The dress is comically slim now.

Not your typical t-shirt dress!
A great basic that can be dressed up or down. I love the dark brown color - something different. The fabric is substantial and ribbed...not your typical "t-shirt dress." I'm pairing with boots and a scarf.

The perfect everyday accessories acceptable versatile dress!
Excellent packable travel dress. Add, white collared shirt underneath, collar out cuffs out, add cardigan sweater/hoodie,gillet, scarf, necklace, crossbody sneakers/ or slip ons / loafers / ready to tour!
Delete the shirt
Add structured jacket/tweed with fringe/ simple shoe. Ready for business meeting!
Delete the jacket, Add pashmina, pearls, heels/embellished flats .. handle bag
Ready for theatre/dinner
It's the perfect dress!

Too wide at bottom of dress
I tried two sizes but both were too wide at the hem. The dresses billowed out in a way that wasn't what I was seeking. The fabric is quite heavy, which surprised me, but if the cut had been slimmer at the bottom, I would have kept the dress.

Nice cut.
The cut of this dress is nice and comfortable without being to much like a sack My problem was the fabric. It didn't feel good on my skin. Too much synthetic for my comfort and it actually felt a bit heavy and snug on my arms not in a good way.

Love it so much I bought it twice!
LOVE this dress, comfortable, casual, wren is a gorgeous color...but, er...um, had to buy it twice because I love it so much.
The first time I washed in the laundry and it shrunk. I am dry cleaning the 2nd one, and wearing it a lot.

Pretty but very slim
This dress is very slim, particularly across bust. I have narrow shoulders and am slim on top, and my usual size was way too tight. I went up a size, to PS, and it was still a little small but comfortable. It is prettier in person and fabric is very nice and comfy.
