Casual elegant silk pants!
These pants are wonderful: great hand to the silk and perfect for an elegant look for my casual life style in Florida. Proportions are great for me: I’m 5’4” and 145lbs, and in my usual size small they are ankle length. Lantern style is a bit roomy in waist and hips, but the drape of the fabric adds to the casual elegance. Bought on sale so a super win!

No pockets & fits different to linen lantern pant
I bought these at the store and am disappointed that they do not have pockets. Though the white is lined there is no obvious extra heft or fabric on sides/seams to indicate if a seam ripper was used I might open sewed up pockets. Really frustrating as I have this pants style in linen and love the pockets. Be warned for is decidedly different than the linen lantern fit. Can’t figure out if it lays and fits a bit differently because of fabric or if it’s how it’s designed. Much prefer linen but have been waiting for lantern style to arrive in all season silk version. So will get both ivory and black in silk.

Nice pant but too long/large, sizing inconsistent
I was pretty excited to see these pants, but when I ordered the 1X according to the size chart they were way too large. Sent them back for the XL and they were still too large and too long. I really wish that EF would list the garment measurements for their styles--as one who orders online, the whole process on this pair of pants took over a month and I still sent the XLs back and gave up. Listing items by the garment measurements would really help buyers assess what size to get and other companies do this routinely. Also, why is it that petite items are often not listed and only go up to an XL? I would argue that there are many curvaceous plus sized women with disposable income who also happen to be shorter than average and would very much love to see some of these great styles offered in more inclusive sizes. Overall, I love the style and the fabric, but the size issues were too frustrating.
