I like the pants but they did not look good on me. I have wide hips and they were not flattering so they were returned.

Beautiful pants
Beautiful pants. Soft and comfortable. I wear a 10-12, ordered the Med, and brought them to the tailor for a few tucks in the back, so they run a tad big.

The Pair I've Been Looking For
Some years ago, I had a pair of Eileen Fisher black silk pants: a tapered, zippered, lined pair with pockets; gorgeous, reliably, easily wearable for any occasion. I wore them to the symphony a lot. But I was young, didn't realize my good fortune; I've been looking for such a pair ever since. In my closet now is an EF wide leg, flowing pair, which I admire but don't wear like that first pair. However, this gorgeous carrot pant may change things. I'm 5'2' and typically a PS, sold out; then the PP, too small, made me wonder if that PS would have worked anyway. I ordered the regular S, and it is surprisingly perfect. The 28 ankle length works with a flat or low bootie or any heel, and there's no pant anywhere with those pockets! They are unique! I admit that the waist is a bit roomy, but that's room for a belt and any tucked-in shirt. The pants just flow. Love them!

Flattering for full figures
So I purchased this lovely piece about a week ago, and I’m in love! Immediately my go-to for work, errands, church, etc. I wanted something that was soft, rich and silky yet durable and strong enough to withstand everyday wear. It’s it the right amount of thickness in the fabric. I went with black, but the fit and cut of the pants are slimming!! I have very large hips, and a sweet mommy pouch from having five children, and this piece holds and conceals the tummy area. There’s a belt option if you need. It’s still flows when I move, and that’s the best part. Definitely worth the investment. I ordered a large. Picking your true size is best.

Perfect!
Love, love, love! The fabric is light and soft--perfect for hot summer days. Shape is very flattering. Very comfortable. I believe this was the most expensive pair of pants I ever purchased, but it was worth every penny! I'm 5'1" so the PP size ended up being regular (not ankle) length, but worked beautifully nonetheless.

Beautiful pants, not for petite
These are beautiful and well-made silk pants. I bought a Petite Small. However, for me a petite person they were not flattering. Lots of excess material. They made my legs look like short stumps! Also the excess pleating at the top was not slimming. I would have had to get them altered. For a taller person they would be amazing. I returned them. I'm 5'1", 122 pounds, size PS

Ordered the smallest size and it fits perfectly (5’3” 120#). Not sheer and I love the belt loops and pleats. Please make this in white or other colors, it is the only pant I want to wear to the office in the summer.
