Perfect for changing weather and compliments
Since so many of these lovely dresses remain I have to tell you how I wear it. I live in Tucson where the weather can change 30 degrees from morning to afternoon. I start the day with the cassis dress and wear the cassis longer French terry top over it. Later I can pop it off. Maybe everyone is already doing this. Both on sale-- try it and love it! Washes well-- I dry flat.

Classic style and fit
Nice fit, substantial heft to the fabric. I’m thinking it will be more of a seasonal transitional piece, will be too heavy and warm for a midwestern humid summer.

Looking forward to wearing when the weather warms
Purchased during sale—some reviews made this sound that it fit loosely, but it ended up fitting best in my usual size L (I am curviest on top). Very nice piece for layering and possibly wearing alone when the weather warms up.
