Great fabric, but "long" = too long
I really like the puckered linen fabric, so was sorry that this was much too long on me. If it's long on the model, it's going to be really long on a petite person (and this does not come in petite sizing). I'm not sure why EF is going all in on the super long shirts. Some of us just want a normal length and the choices are either long (most of them) or short. So I recommend if you are above average height (5'3" is average) AND like long tops.
The new sizing makes this especially frustrating. I was (mostly) a PS or XS since the 80s and now I'm apparently a PP or XXS, although I'm really not that small and have not shrunk. So my choice is now either somewhat or very oversized: it would be nice to have the option of sizing down. For this kind of shirt, oversized is fine, but I prefer having options.
Also, someone needs to fix the size chart, which is just wrong. Eileen Fisher is such a great company in many respects, but the size chart--it's important to have that be accurate to save the hassle, time, and expense of shipping things back and forth, before you learn to ignore it! Thank you!
