Reliable product with great service and style
EF shoes have always been a go to staple for me. They are always reliable in size and quality and a good price point. They are good pound the pavement shoes for traveling but still look beautiful and presentable and can go anywhere too. These stretch knit sneakers are not the first in this material i have bought. It is cool and cleanable and very forgiving when the weather makes your feet swell in heat. The foot bed is thick for long hours walking or standing. Love them and will purchase another pair in another color when they make it. They have added padding to the heel which is fantastic!

Looks great and they are comfortable
I love these, they are so comfortable and stylish, I went up a 1/2 size from my usual 8.5. And they don't hurt my bunion. I wish EF included cleaning instructions and how to keep them white. Does anyone have experience with this.

Cute, but runs quite narrow!!!
I was looking forward to receiving these, and really liked them when they arrived. I tried them on and they felt fine. Then, I tried walking in them and they were just too tight across the width of my foot. Unbearably tight. Something about the way in which these are constructed, or the materials used, make unwearable a shoe in a size that normally fits me. I am so disappointed.

Love these shoes for summer!
I purchased these shoes for a trip to Europe & what a great decision! I wore these ALL over Europe, daily, walking miles! They were so comfortable. I wore a little no-show sock with them & it was just perfect. I wore these with dresses & pants. I went up half a size too. Usually I'm a true size 9, but got these in a 9.5. LOVE!

My fit fine
I wear a size 6 in most shoes and I wear a size 6 in this shoe as well. However, I do have a narrow foot so maybe that is why mine fit well. I'm keeping them for sure!

They only LOOK amazing.
Ordered my usual size 8.5, but could barely get feet in. The forefoot and toe are narrow, constricting and unyielding, despite their “stretch knit” appearance. I have the black EF recycled stretch knit sneaker and they feel amazing. Returned these white beauties.

Size up!
I always wear the same size in Eileen Fisher shoes - but this one definitely needed to be half a size larger. Not sure why. I still love them and they are super comfortable. I just agree with many prior reviews. Order a size up!

Uncomfortable
Read the reviews and wanted try them because they are really nice looking. Some said true to size others went up a size. I ordered my regular size and then I had to go up a half size up. I really wanted to like these shoes but sad to say they are not comfortable. This is the first time I had to write a poor review! Most of my Eileen Fisher products are superb even other shoes I have bought. I wanted to love them but had to return. I'm so sad.

Ouch!
Don’t be tricked by how cute these shoes are. They are NARROW across the top of the foot and if you have any sort of bunion on your foot, they will hurt your feet. There is no stretching them out. They were designed with the beginning of the laces to hit at the widest portion of the foot. I should have sent them back, but I wanted to love them because they are so cute, but as my foot throbs in them, it was the wrong choice to keep them.

A disappointment.

I bought these sneakers in white. Very comfortable at first, but by the end of the day I need to remove them to keep my feet from aching. I also asked a question which never got answered which was, “How do you clean them?” No instuctions given on how to clean the white ones.

Beware
I bought a pair in white 2 or 3 months ago. I'd been hunting for another pair of sneakers from Eileen Fisher like this, as the pair I bought 5 years ago have only just given up (split sole). After around 3 wears I noticed the glue attaching the fabric mesh to the rubber sole had come apart. Customer Service says because it's more than 30 days there's nothing they can do in terms of switching them out. I'm given the option to take them to a cobbler to be mended (and they will reimburse me for the fix), or return the damaged pair and be given a gift card (they can't just switch out the faulty pair for a new pair). I'm still weighing my options but it seems to me that either option is hassle for me, and not for Eileen Fisher. Not happy as I just want a great pair of white sneakers for $160 which doesn't seem a lot to ask. Frustrating.

Beware Runs Short 1/2 Size Small for EF Shoes
I have always purchased 8.5 in all EF shoes/boots without a hitch. So it never occured to me to order any other size. Disappointment - do not want you to have the same need to return - order 1/2 size, maybe even 1 full size up and put an insole inside the full size up. Very short rounded toe, my toe was butted right up to end when I tried them on.

Great but not perfect!
I like this sneaker, though find the edge of the tongue a little sharp; am trying to break them in so it doesn't hurt the top of my left foot w/o socks. The outer material is not super soft/smooth, but the cushioning inside is comfy. Am a size 6 and they run true to size for me sock-less, though for reference: I have a fairly narrow foot and they are tight w/ socks.
