cocoa wide leg linen trouser
wide leg linen trouser in color cocoa size XS - the waist measured at least 1.5" smaller than any of my other colors in that exact same style so I have to pay return shipping and order the next size and hope this wasn't just one that was not made true to size - it costs 7 for shipping and 20 for return. I had a similar issue with linen shirts - 2 colors ordered and they were not equal in the sizing! This pant is my favorite style because it is almost long enough - Eileen Fisher caters more to shorter people:) Would love a 'tall' option for pants.

Great pants in a great color
This is my third pair of these linen pants. They are comfortable and beautifully made. Why would I want a third pair? The fabulous Cocoa color. Some beiges are flat but the cocoa is lively and warm without being dark. I also bought the vest on sale.

So flattering and comfortable.
I'm 5'0" and pear shaped, and it's SO hard to find flattering bottoms. These are it. They are described as "wide leg", but they are not at all overwhelming. The button/fly closure make them look nice enough to wear to the office, but they feel like lounge pants. I Iove the stretch waistband. The linen is extremely soft and breathable in the heat. I own two colors and wear them constantly. Please re-stock in black!!

fabulous not too wide pants
I just received these in L, my usual EF size. They fit perfectly. I'm 5'6" and the length is just right -- just below my ankle, but not touching my feet. They aren't especially wide, which I prefer, and the linen is very soft -- not tissue linen, but not heavy at all. Can't see thru it, either, so no worries unless you wear brightly colored undies. I absolutely love them and wish there were more colors: I'm going to search hi and lo for that! On sale, elsewhere, they're a bargain too!

I have three pairs of these slacks
I find pants with a zippered front fit me much better and I much prefer the look. The linen fabric is classic. The pockets are so practical. The big surprise is the shape. Initially I was not interested in the wide leg pant but I was so keen to have pants with a front zipper that I tried them on and was sold on the style.
I have three pairs agean, black and now cocoa.
