Love it!!
I had my eye on this coat for awhile, and when I saw it on sale, I immediately ordered it! After reading the reviews, I ordered one size down, PS/PP. It fits perfectly and I still have room to wear a medium weight sweater underneath! The coat drapes nicely and the length is perfect! I love the lightweight linen, perfect for Summer, Fall and Spring seasons! I wanted the lighter color but they were sold out so I ordered it in black! It’s very nice and easy to dress up or down! I can wear it with almost anything!

Clothing for life.
I always feel most comfortable and finished wearing a light-to-medium-weight, natural fiber jacket or sweater, linen, cotton or wool. Most of my jacket and sweater items now are EILEEN FISHER, the most recent, the organic linen trench coat, is simple, clean and generously cut, with the same easy fit as hip length and shorter jackets, and it's quite a treat being able to expect consistent overall comfort in wardrobe-friendly garments like this. These jackets help maintain a steady everyday comfort level despite climate extremes where I live. I forget I'm wearing them. The trench's additional length is always welcome, so this is a real treat. I purchased both the black and brown versions on sale, and appreciate a company whose designs work so reliably for our real lives.

Great for Deep South Fall weather
Good looking! A bit oversized for EF sizing, but items will be worn underneath so extra space helpful. As always, EF fabric is fabulous. This linen has some weight, i.e. not sheer, so good for Fall.

Please bring some beautiful color.
The style and tailoring are good, the fabric is flowing and drapes, it looks nuttiness when you walk, if has the side slit is better, I have to return it because the color is too dull, the whole person looks listless, such a good trench coat, could you make some soft and beautiful colors? Such as sea foam blue, light lavender, lake green, coral red or dust pink.

Bought this a few days ago and really do like the cobblestone color and soft linen fabric.
The flowing fit is true to size PL - I would NOT size down.
I’m happy with this EF purchase as I have been a million times over!

Beautiful 3-season coat for days it doesn't rain
I love the look and feel of the linen cobblestone. I paid attention to reviews that described the coat's voluminous sizing/material and shortness in length and figured it didn't run true to size, so ordered XS in regular length (I usually order a small in EF and am 5'3 so would classify as petite but have a long trunk and largish head so tend to look taller and better suit regular sizing). The fit is perfect as I like loose-fitting clothing. It still has ample material for a nice draping effect and can be worn collarless by folding the collar toward the body which provides a nice alternate look.(An XXS would still fit but not sure I could fold coat inward.) I debated giving 4 or 5 stars and decided on 4 because of the delivery service (intelcom), which didn't come before noon as they said (came just before 5pm) and left the coat in the lobby of my apartment bldg w/out warning of its arrival when I had asked for signature-on-delivery when intelcom asked if I had delivery instructions. Thankfully, I worked from home that day and checked the lobby every hour or so, so the coat didn't grow legs and walk away.
