Clothes are becoming even larger.
I don’t like the ribbed fabric. Also I am a True XXS. 5’3 112. I bought the XXS and it’s about 3-4 inches extra fabric and it’s too wide on each side! It looks like I am wearing clothes too big for me.
If you are going to keep oversizing everything then create an XXXS.

Timeless, Versatile, Classy

V-neck cropped cardigan
I am pleased to have been able to purchase this cardigan in two colors in the pp size. I particularly wanted the ocean to go with my other pieces in this color.
So far I have only received the ocean and tried it on. I can say that it is quite oversized but I’m thrilled that it is both cropped and was available in petite sizing so I’m not drowning in it.
Eileen Fisher, PLEASE offer all tops and sweaters in petite sizing! And I do appreciate cropped styles in tops and jackets. Long jackets even in petite sizing are not ideal if you’re short. And please expand the color choices in this cardigan. I wish I could have caught all four!

I love this neutral brown that goes with all my green linen shirts. I also love its light weight, distinctive knit, the deep v neck that works well with traditional collars, and those pockets that hold tissues and grandchildren treasures. I also love the moderate length and botton-down front.

Variability of sizes across styles is awkward
This sweater is too wide. I am a 10 and ordered a medium and that should have worked. But it’s too wide for me. At 5’9” and 155 pounds I’m not comfortable ordering a small. But this is too wide on me it looks awkward. Unfortunately I thought it would be a perfect summer piece and bought it in 2 colors with corresponding wardrobe pieces. I didn’t send the sweaters back but I’m not wearing them like I do my other EF pieces.

A beautiful basic with an overly generous fit
This sweater has a tight but lightweight weave that will make it a staple of my summer wardrobe. I deducted a star in my rating because the sizing was problematic. The PS I normally wear gave me sufficient room in the arms for a T shirt underneath but was voluminous in the body, while the PP gave me a trimmer, more desirable fit while being snug in the upper arm. I kept the PS but wish it didn't have so much excess fabric in the body; it just adds unnecessary bulk.
