Thin, baggy and shapeless
This sweater was a bit thin and didn't have the texture of other cotton and linen sweaters I have had from EF. I bought a small and considering how busty I am, it still was baggy and shapeless. I am returning it.

Shopping only in stores going forward
Loved the color but not the fit, and I like a boxy sweater. It is very short. Often I wear a petite but this one was too short. Will return it and hesitate to purchase anything on line again. Returning item (fine print says they only process returns and then you repurchase the item in correct size instead of a straight exchange) eliminates the discount on another item I purchased at the same time, and I assume I lose the same discount if I repurchase this sweater in another size. All these sales with fine print make my head explode.

A good works-with-everything, basic black sweater
I like the loose body, the side slits, and the dropped crew neck. I would prefer sleeves that were a bit slouchier, but it still works as a layer over a long sleeve top. I wonder how the fabric will hold up over time… will it stretch out? will it shrink? Time will tell if it’s worth the money.

The color, fabric, and cropped length were great. But the billowy shape would have been flattering in the cropped length if the sides were not slit. That made for way too much billowing, not at all flattering. My shape, weight and height are fine, but the increased billow and flow due to slits made the top shapeless , contradicting the nice cropped length and upper shaping. Just meh, and too much money, even on sale for meh in a vibrant color.

Perfect top!
The top is well designed, with raglan sleeves and a boxy, cropped length--all very flattering and comfortable. The fabric is just the right weight--not too heavy but heavy enough to drape beautifully. I love it!

Great Sweater
Already have this sweater in 3 colors, but the sale price was too tempting not to order a fourth in black. Very comfortable, can be dressed up or down, can be worn all year round, and when it’s really cool, a silk tee or shirt under does the trick. I can be a medium or large in Eileen Fisher sweaters, and for this one, a medium was more than comfortable.

Check your closet!
Love this boxy light sweater. Didn’t like the undershirt on the model. So I reviewed the many Eileen Fisher pieces in my closet and found the perfect silk crepe sleeveless top to layer. Bought the wisteria color. I also ordered the tumbled leather sandals in iris. Absolutely love the way it came together. Lovely classic look!

Perfect year round sweater.
I purchased the XS in the color Cascade. This color works well with Seaweed and additional neutrals. Living in Arizona, I find this to be a perfect sweater year round. After receiving the Cascade color, I purchased both a black and a white sweater. They are due to arrive tomorrow. Very pleased with these sweaters.

Lovely color, flattering fit
My sweater just arrived and I'm very pleased with the color (heliotrope) and fit. Here's why: I'm about 5 feet tall and of medium build, the XXS is a very flattering length (although it may look cropped on a longer frame) and the generous fit is surprisingly flattering. The weight is nice for Southern CA fall and will look nice over a crisp white tee, or on its own with a little jewelry to dress it up. I was able to get it on sale - so I'm extra happy with the value.

Love the fit/feel but not the color pictured
I wish the "Sunbeam" color was the bright yellow that it appears to be online; unfortunately, it's more of a baby-poo green (almost chartreuse), so it has to go back (this will not work with my skin at all). It's a shame, because I do really like the fit of the sweater, but I'll have to look for other color options in the future. If that color works with your skin tone, I think it's a great weight for late summer/early fall (or even spring next year).

Great top
I’m loving this top and the color heliotrope. I usually wear a L or Xl in a sweater and tried both with a shirt under like model is wearing. Both fit well and are boxy. I went with the L as it worked with more pieces like a long skirt. I also purchase the parachute silk scarf to wear and I’m obsessed with them together. I’m 5’4” and I do not feel it is too short- it’s perfect!

Great summer sweater but sizing is a little tricky
As a short person with a short torso I was happy to see the return of this light summery pullover from last year. Unlike last year I had to size up to get the easy boxy look I like. I've noticed that EF's sizing has been all over the place recently, which is concerning. I recommend trying this top on in person if you can in order to get the right fit.

lovely cool sweater
I bought this sweater in 'geranium', a lovely raspberry pink colour, I usually wear S or PS, but the XS fits perfectly, I am 5'3" so the length looks good on me. However, I was disappointed to notice that when the sweater arrived it had a few bobbles where the knit had snagged. I think this sweater could snag easily on jewellery etc so I have only given the review 4 starts instead of 5.
