Green, like being wrapped in a large leaf...
I ordered this jacket in size XL because I like loose jackets and that size fits me the best (although, in other styles, I'm sometimes a size L) ... although a larger size would have been even more generous and flowing. It is difficult to know how something fits when ordering online, and there isn't an EF store in my small town. In the future, I might want to order a size 1X jacket for a looser fit. For reference: 38DD, hips 43", about 5'7" tall, long thin legs, hair down to my waist.
The deep green color is wonderful and soothing and moss-like (I love dark clothing...) and this dark color will be compatible with many other clothes in my closet. I imagine it will be compatible with jeans or a velvet skirt or velvet pants, and with other dark subtle colors or even with with bright pink, or stripes, or subtle patterns. The linen, however, is crisp and very easily wrinkled, so this jacket has a certain casual sloppy character. I haven't yet worn it because the weather is now quite cool, but look forward to wearing it in warmer seasons. I wish the sleeves were longer -- they are 3/4 length and I really prefer longer sleeves, so I guess this jacket will be best if worn over a short sleeved t-shirt (a long sleeved top underneath might look awkward?), but I seldom wear short sleeves. I doubt that I'll ever wear the belt -- I prefer jackets of this style to hang loose and not be confined by a belt. This jacket will require some experimentation on my part to learn how it wants to be enjoyed.

Linen Belted Jacket / Robe
Great fabric. I love the seaweed color - less severe than black. I’m wearing it unbelted over my gold colored tiered linen sundress and also belted, as a kimono-style robe.
