I love this classic, reliable shirt - great cut + fabric, always a solid wardrobe staple. Then they went with the cheap buttons vs the older classic mother-of-pearl buttons .. sadly this takes the quality down a notch. Bring back those lovely buttons please!

Ridiculously oversized in the body
As other reviewers have noted, the dropped shoulders result in a ridiculously large body. Imagine the model holding her arms out to the sides and picture the body of the shirt falling straight down from those shoulder lines. I have a 2 different EF linen shirts with a more normal (slightly oversized) cut, so I didn’t think to read the reviews on this one. The arms are relatively short to compensate for the dropped shoulders, so I worry that they would be too short if I sized down or tried to get the shirt tailored. The Aegean color is beautiful, so I’m torn whether to return it or not

Super loose fit, too big!
Too large! I love the longer length as I am tall (5-9) and many of the EF tops just look too short on me. I have another EF white linen shirt that I wear quite a lot in the summer and hoped this one could be a bit more pulled together version. Even though I ordered a S based on others' reviews (I usually wear a M in most EF tops, occasionally a S), it was still very big. The dropped shoulders didn't help the very, very oversized fit, but could have worked if the body of the shirt was as pictured (my guess is the model has her shirt clipped in the back?). The linen is high quality. I liked everything about the shirt except its sizing. I've ordered a smaller size and will exchange, fingers crossed that it will work.

Perfect for Summer Styling
I bought this blouse a few months ago and am finally wearing it. It is wonderful for me….a boxy, thigh length with fabulous pleating in the back. It also has long sleeves that can be rolled up. I can wear this with any style pant and even over any length dress. I read that others were not pleased, but this blouse is perfect for me. After purchasing the Seafoam color, I have purchased two others and will probably purchase the Aegean color as well. Thank you Eileen for this blouse that is a perfect fit for me.
