Terrific look and fit!
EF hit it out of the park for me with these pants. That little bit of elastic in the waistline helped me avoid having the legs and rear tailored. My waist is a good size larger than my rump and legs. The material is heavy without being bulky. I like these cords very much! Keep that touch of elastic coming, EF!

Wanted to love these pants
I wanted to love these pants so much. I've missed corduroy pants for years now. The wool Jersey pants are great,but more winter than Fall where I live in the South West. But the sizing is off for me a PP. There's just too much fabric, and I love baggy. I noticed comments before regarding sizing in EF being inconsistent. These look odd in the back on me and fit MUCH looser than on the model. I'm 5' 110lbs.

Love these!
I bought these about a month ago and really like them. The green/gray color is different, but is neutral enough to match a lot of tops. I'm usually between a S and M in EF pants, tried on both in store and landed on the S. Also, I saw an intense negative review about the pockets - I actually love the shape of the pockets in these. The placement makes them MUCH more flattering than some other pants that add bulk to the hip and stomach area. That said, I usually prefer not to have pockets in my pants and skirts - I don't really find them that functional, as I don't like the feeling of my bulky keys and wallet and phone bumping against my legs (also, I don't feel like they're that secure usually). I always carry a small crossbody when I'm running errands anyways, and strongly prefer that to a pocket. Just a friendly reminder that we don't all have the same preferences :)

Perfect for me
My fit on FE is between XS and S, so I choose the size depending on the style. The XS in these lantern pants fits me perfectly. They look great and are very comfortable. I expect to wearing them a lot this fall. BTW the matching jacket looks great with them.

look at the pockets
I am going to special lengths to warn people away from these pants, which I tried on yesterday in the store. Look at the photo of just the pants, with no model. The pockets are in the front of the trousers. If you want to put the tips of your hands into short pockets and give yourself a tummy rub, by all means, buy these. If you want functional pockets that you can put your keys in and not worry about losing them, and that don't give you a pouch, look elsewhere. EF has been the mainstay of my wardrobe for decades. I swore long ago to never buy a cardigan or jacket from EF that didn't button or zip, or a pair of pants without pockets. These don't count as pockets. I am so over it.

Great fit, style and comfort
Similar to the denim in this cut, the pants are fantastic. However, the denim is stiffer fabric and the pockets don't "gap." On the corduroy the pocket gaps unless one is standing. I'm thinking of adding a snap or sewing the front pockets closed.

Gorgeous. Irduroy Pants
Love the style and the shade of gray breen. Fir is great, I’m 5’1 and 145 and the PS is perfect. This color goes well with black and navy but also lots of light blue in my closet. And of course white, ivory and wi e. Get these pants before they sell out in your size!

I wasn't planning on shopping but....
The window at EF Brooklyn caught my eye! Beautiful Fall colors. The Everglade green caught my attention. These cords fit perfectly, lovely material, lovely green shade and the fit is so comfy. I bought the small as I am 5'2" and 120 lbs. Highly recommend!
