Sizing and shipping issues, good quality cotten
Products from Eileen Fisher are expensive. Given the expense you would assume that it would be delivered in a timely fashion but it takes them almost 2 weeks to get something to you.
I wear a size 12 to 14, I got the large and it is very large. Unfortunately from past experience I know that if I try to shrink it a little bit it will shrink lengthwise not width.
I'm not sure why they size things so generously. A size 14 should generally speaking be able to purchase a large and have it fit comfortably, not go swimming in it.
The quality of the cotton is excellent as you would expect, it is soft, thick, very nice to the touch.
But I do wish they would dial the sizing in better, process refunds more quickly and when you place an order it's reasonable to expect it to arrive within 5 or 6 days.

Disappointing design flaw in brand I usually trust
Usually a big fan of this brand and am never disappointed. The leg seams chafe. I contacted customer service and got no reply. Bad design and poor service. Not what I expect from this company.
