Edgy and comfortable
I agree with the size down comments. I’m usually a size 8, but purchased these in a 7.5 because that’s all they had. They’re perfect.
Pros: edgy look with lug sole. Comfortable. Not too heavy/clunky, sale price :-)
Cons: Do run slightly large, like another reviewer there’s a seam in the inside that’s rubbing, but that’s alleviated with thicker socks. But for me the biggest con is that they’re made in China. At this original retail price, I would have expected better.

very nice, size down
Very nice quality and style. Good leather, nice chunky/non-slip sole. Runs big--I normally wear a 7-7.5. Got the 7 and even with a very thick sock they are a bit roomy, but I got them on sale and the 6 was sold out, so I kept them.
Still great for northern Michigan winter-I'm warm and not slipping around. No break in required-comfy out of the box.

Love my new moto boots!!!
Comfortable right out of the box! I have “problem feet,” and these are a great fit. I’ve had so many compliments as they’re a bit edgy but also classic. Love!

I'd Buy A Second Pair ...
I'd buy a second pair if my size was still available (and if they were still offered for the same sale price) -- I like them that much. Unlike other reviewers, I found that I did need a little break in time; there's a small seam on the inside that was rubbing the side of my right foot and at first I was afraid I would have to stop wearing them or rub my foot raw. But I gave it another couple of days and they stretched sufficiently so that's no longer a problem. I got a size 9 and didn't find them oversized per se but there was enough additional room to accommodate my orthotics so I'm happy. The quality is great and they're very well made so I expect these boots to last a good long time.

Really nice boots but run large
While I prefer to try on footwear before buying, these were on sale so I ordered them online in my normal shoe size, 8.5. They fit like a size 9. I would have exchanged them for a half size smaller, but all sizes were sold out when I went back to the website.
I'm compensating for the roominess with a shoe insert and thick socks.
I may also add some lambswool to take up some space in the toe area, which is longer than average.
The materials are great; very sturdy. Will see how the tread lasts over time.
I do recommend these boots, but advise trying them on first.

Fabulous Moto Boots
I absolutely love my Moto boots. Wore them right out of the box, no need to break them in. They are exactly what I was looking for, are comfortable and with the high quality of Eileen Fisher products I know I'll be wearing these boots for a long time. I would definately recommend!

New Favorite Moto Boot
I had my eye on these boots for several months and just as I made the decision to purchase them, I found they'd just gone on sale. I purchased my normal size 8-1/2, and they fit comfortably right out of the box. Win-win!
