Different than expected, but love it anyway.
Lovely sweater. I actually thought I was ordering the same wool sweater as I ordered last year, so I was surprised it was different (my error). But I like the sweater and will wear it often.

Keeps Me Nice & Warm
I wore this sweater yesterday with a collared silk blouse under it, and it kept me warm but not hot in 40-degree weather. It's a more substantial merino wool weight, which I wanted. Not a heavy knit, just medium, but feels great when I'm not wanting a finer gauge weight. I bought the Alpine color, which has a little blue in the green. Makes for a lovely, interesting color. Sleeve length and overall sweater length are great (I'm 5'6"; ordered XL).

Poor construction
While the fabric is lovely, the arms are sewn on. I'm astonished that a sweater at this price point is not fully fashioned. This sweater is constructed of cut-and-sewn pieces. I am extremely disappointed. Returned.

Nice Sweater and Color
Bought this wool sweater in alpine yesterday. It's short, which is great for those under 5'3", though I did need to roll the sleeve. Usually wear a medium or large in her sweaters. Bought the medium, which was still very roomy, allowing for a silk tee underneath in very cold weather. For those who prefer a tighter sweater, size down. The ribbing on the sweater is attractive. Dropped 1 star because where the shoulder attaches is not flat and sticks out, which often is the case with her drop shoulder sweaters.
