Wonderful.
So worth the money. The boots always look brand new. I always take a 7.5 size in Eileen Fisher shoes so for me these are true to size. The best news is they are extremely comfortable. I'm so please with this purchase.

Practical, stylish boot
This boot is lightweight, stylish, and hugs the foot in a very comfortable way. I'm wishing I had bought 2 pairs, so I may go back and do so.

Narrow and little support
They felt narrow and tight, with very little support. The next size up might have felt a little better, and allowed enough space to add inserts, but I decided to just return them. For a tiny person with narrow feet and stick-like ankles and legs, this boot is probably great! I think it's not the right boot for the rest of us.

Great quality and style
This boot has everything I've been looking for: an absolutely minimal and elegant design, narrow shaft for my skinny ankles, low heel, and quality materials. Was a little concerned they might be uncomfortable because there's not much padding on the interior of the sole. However, I've worn them walking in the city for several days now and they've been comfy despite this. I'm typically an 8, and found these ran true to size.

Great look except for cut corners
I agree w the other poster of this being looking attractive and sophisticated.
It fit well and gave the ankle support someone here wrote.
I returned these bc i need five minutes to get these booties off my feet.
Plus the anxiety for five minutes of wondering what to do if I wasn’t successful to pull them off.
These booties need a zipper and I’m sad the decision was made to not put one in.
