Great fit but cheaply made.
Great fit and nice cashmere but it tore at the seam of the turtleneck after three wearings. Shouldn’t happen with a $380 sweater. Not slow fashion, not sustainable. Just cheap construction that doesn’t last.

Disappointed!
The cashmere is thinner than I expected and there are small white flecks in the dark knit. Not what I had hoped and I’d like to return it but have worn it once.

The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because the sleeves are too short for this tall lady (as are most of EF’s long sleeves for me). I am 5’11”, 230 lbs, and wear an XL in everything. Otherwise perfect: the fabric and the slouchiness of the turtle neck - I hate when it’s too tight!

Gorgeous warm sweater investment quality
I saw this in the store and I couldn’t resist the pink! It’s thick cashmere but not thick as the cashmere silk group. The length hits at the top of my legs. I purchased size S. I’m 5’5” and weigh 130 for reference.

Beautifully soft cashmere
I bought this in dove, which is a neutral light taupe (beige with gray undertone) that goes with just about anything. My usual size medium fits well. I’m 5’6” 148 lbs., size 10 in most brands. I love EF cashmere. It’s the best.

The thing I like best about this top is that it’s a bit more fitted than the typical EF sweater. I like the simplicity and tidy look of the top. The cashmere is soft and the turtleneck is not tight. Very happy with this purchase.

I have always loved Eileen Fisher Cashmere sweaters but the quality has gone down. This sweater was not very soft and was slightly rough which would have been itchy. The color is amazing. I am very disappointed and returned the item.

Softest cashmere, a luxury
This Italian cashmere turtleneck top is beautiful, soft, great simple design and flow on the body. The turtleneck is not tight. I have a few of these from three, five and more years ago that are still in service. I use a sweater shearer carefully when necessary. The medium size is great for my broad shoulders and 70 year old body. Expensive and worth it since they last a long time.

The Italian cashmere turtlenecks are a perennial favorite. It is not too light weight and to too heavy. It is especially nice to wear tonally paired with a skirt of the same color. It also layers beautifully.

Casual elegance in a sweater
Smooth, soft texture with just the right amount of heft. The fit is easy but not shapeless. The only surprise was the color. By the web photos, I expected Dove to be a beige taupe color but instead it was a pale, warm gray. That’s fine since I love gray, but the web photos are misleading.

The Best
This is a forever, timeless sweater. The cashmere, the set in sleeves, the gentle A-line, and the overall proportions speak to a high quality, well constructed garment. I really appreciate the thought that went into its design. It is understated but so elegant. For reference, I’m 5’3”, size 14-16 petite. The sleeve length is just right and the turtleneck is not constricting on my thicker neck. I used a generous gift card to help purchase two colours. I hope this beautiful sweater is offered again next year. FYI, I am a Canadian. I was able to call and place my order through an Eileen Fisher store in my province (excellent service!). It saves a little on shipping and exchange rates, and also allows Canadians to enjoy the Eileen Fisher birthday promotion.
