Smaller than usual for size L
I frequently buy EF size L in boxy or relaxed fit and do very well with their fabulous sweaters. But this one was smaller in that size. Too tight in arms and too short. I had to return it. Would be better as a medium size in my opinion.

I love Eileen's cashmere sweaters and have always bought one each year. They feel like being wrapped in such a soft and gentle hug. While some of Eileen's products seem to have declined over the past few years, the cashmeres never fail to deliver. This Ruby color is especially luschious. It should be available each year for the holidays.

Italian Cashmere Bateau Neck Top
I am giving this a 3 because the fit is too snug, almost like the fit in the Italian Cashmere turtleneck in Calliope. I am returning the 2 sweaters ordered, in Wine and Ruby (had hoped to pair with the satin slip skirts). The color and the knit is beautiful, most likely a size M would have been the 5 stars for me. These were purchased on sale.

Italian Cashmere Bateau Neck Top
Very disappointed with design and quality of fabric.Runs small and the shorter length.hem rolls up. Color is beautiful but the fabric looks cheap for being cashmere. Finally splurged on this sweater and used my birthday bucks from Eileen Fisher which now have lost since I returned. Hence very disappointed.

Love the recycled wool
Ruby is a rich, gorgeous color for a sweater. Love the lightweight wool, which is warm enough for temperate winter weather. Unfortunately, even sizing up to plus it was too short for my 5’9” frame. Will try another style.
