Comfortable and Lightweight
I purchased three EF coats at the same time and what drew me to them, from always being a fan of this brand, was that all three were sustainable. Thought I'd give it a try and called the SoHo store in NYC. They hadn't received this item as it was a pre-order but were extremely helpful and using the size guide, determined I should order a XL. I'm petite, 5'0". EF, from experience, runs large, but decided to go by the sizing guide. Shipping is fast but the coat was HUGE. SoHo reordered a size L and that worked out perfectly. Coat is lightweight and the only thing I would change is to make the hood removable. Other than that, no complaints and looking forwarding to wearing it. Returns are made easy, communication re tracking and credits were issued quickly.
