Our shawl collar coat with two-tone color that reverses from Honey to Maple Oat. In wool that's blended with cashmere and brushed for extra softness. Doublefaced for a refined feel inside and out.

Perfect coat!

Iconic coat
This is classic Eileen Fisher: timeless, elegant style. The fabric is soft and relatively lightweight perfect for Atlanta winters. It doesn’t bother me that there is no closure. It is, after all, a wrap coat, and will look great with bulky neck scarves and sleeves rolled up.

Beautiful coat, classic
Great weight, fabric smooth, not itchy. The construction for my frame was too matronly. I tried extra extra extra small in brown, seemed to fit better, shorter sleeve and length, unfortunately, grey was sold out, brown not for me. The style was terrific for over a sweater or alone, loved shawl collar, could use a pin for closure.

A beautiful coat with timeless style. It runs slightly large, so consider sizing down. I ordered the PP, and it was perfect for my 5'3'' 125lb frame.
The wool-cashmere blend is exquisite. I purchased it for a great price this summer during the huge 40% sale, and look forward to wearing it this fall.

My favorite Eileen Fisher piece.
It it my favorite coat, very chic, luxuriously soft, roomy, and a great color, brownstone. The color leans toward rust and looks fabulous with dress slacks or jeans. I am thrilled with this coat and love that it keeps me warm without being bulky or heavy.

Have always admired EF coats, but this was a let-down - didn't have any movement on the body due to the tapered cut to the knee. Lovely fabric would have been much more elegant and durable as a lined swing coat. Sadly, I returned this one.

Still thinking
I have the other last coats with similar features and two colors - and love both (grey and off white and gray and light blue). The honey on the coat is too dark and the lighter color has a grey tone (with dark veins) which makes the combination not have the bright tone as the coat in the picture. The colors in the picture are the same as those of my wood floor and walls and I was really looking forward having those colors. With exception of the mustard color also from Eileen, the rest of my coats from Eileen are dark. I will look at the coat for a few days and make a decision. It is possible that the tones of another coat may reflect more those observed in the picture. I will call and see what the recommend. I really like the coat as it is in the picture.

Beautiful and cozy -- just one wish
Given the COVID lockdown, this purchase hasn't had as much use as might have been expected -- who's going out this past winter? But the few times I did wear it, I was delighted: warm and snuggly without being heavy; growing up in the Chicago area it would have been a "spring" coat. My only wish would be a single button so it didn't need to be held close when carrying other objects.

High quality fabric & tailoring
Coat can be dressy as needed or casual for everyday use. I have lots of jackets but needed a coat that could go dressy. They are expensive but the sale on the Brownstone shade was on a good sale in my size, so I bought it. Highest quality of wool & cashmere. A coat that will look great for years with timeless styling. So soft to the touch.
