EILEEN FISHER accepts these forms payment:


Credit Cards


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Only one credit card per order.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.


Debit Cards


Debit cards are welcome. Only one debit card per order. Please note, most bank debit cards reserve funds at the time of the original transaction, making it appear as if payment has been collected.


EILEEN FISHER Gift Card and eGift Cards


To use your EILEEN FISHER Gift Card on your order enter the card and PIN numbers on the billing page in the fields provided. Some physical Gift Cards require you to scratch off a laminated area in order to reveal the 4-digit verification number. The laminate is located on the back of the card next to your Gift Card number. A limit of 3 Gift Cards may be used per order.

We suggest you check the balance of your Gift Card before you apply it to the order. The Gift Card dollar amount will be deducted from your order total. To pay the balance due, enter your credit card details on the payment tab and click the "Continue" button. You will be able to view the breakdown of your Payment Method on the Order Review page before you click the "Place Order" button.


Apple Pay


How secure is Apple Pay?

Your card number and identity aren’t shared with EILEEN FISHER, and your actual card numbers aren’t stored on your device or on any servers. When you shop online, EILEEN FISHER will only receive information you authorize to fulfill your order such as your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses.
Does it cost extra to use Apple Pay?
No. There are no additional fees when you use Apple Pay—in stores, online, or in apps.


PayPal


You must have a pre-existing PayPal account to use PayPal at checkout. Choose PayPal during checkout to skip entering your shipping and financial information during the checkout process.


Is PayPal safe?

Yes. When selecting PayPal during checkout, Eileen Fisher will not receive sensitive information such as your credit card or bank account number.

Why was my PayPal payment declined?

A payment may be declined for several reasons. If your payment was declined, you may need to:

  • Confirm the email address associated with your PayPal account.
  • Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
  • Confirm your credit or debit card. 
  • Resolve a limitation placed on your account

Can I pay with PayPal over the phone?

No. PayPal can only be accessed online during checkout.

Can I use PayPal on my international order?

No. We do not accept PayPal on international orders at this time.


Sales Tax Information


Appropriate sales tax will be added to your final bill for the following states:
