I love my top. I like everything about it. I was surprised to find that when I went down a size from a one X to an XL that they were a lot shorter , just came down to my waist. that might not be an issue for some people, but I’m 80 and I really don’t want my stomach showing! Beyond that it’s great great look terrific with my black pants. I had a really good experience with Eileen Fisher, lots of attention. Lots of helping me find the right sizes. The right length , just being very very cooperative and very customer friendly. I really appreciated that , in fact, I’m going back today. ☀️

Denim sweatshirt is a handy piece for cool weather. Fabric is not cushy like a traditional jersey sweatshirt. I tried two sizes - and my larger EF size was a definite win. The looser fit allows the hem of a tee to hang below without bunching. This is the easy look that I hoped for.

Strange fit in the upper torso and shoulders
The fabric is heavy and there are folds of material in the upper body. Might work okay in a petite.

Not what I hoped
I was looking forward to enjoying this new fabric in as many garments as I could. However sadly none of them worked for me. This top was too short (even on my petite body) and the neckline way too high and uncomfortable. It went back

Wanted to love this top
I bought the set and wanted it to work. The indigo jeans were terrific, but the top turned out to be too boxy for my frame. I returned it.

Cotton knit denim top
This top was too short for me and since I’m petite that doesn’t happen often. The sleeves were disproportionately long. I wanted it to wear with the matching pants that did fit so was disappointed
