This style didn't work for me...
I ordered this sweater in the Grove color, size XL. I usually choose size XL in Eileen Fisher Sweaters because I like loose oversized sweaters. I tried it on as soon as it arrived. At first, before I tried it on, I thought the nubbly knit texture and the Grove color were nice (I have both the Eileen Fisher linen shirt and silk shirt in the Grove color and they are both subtle and beautiful), but when I tried on the cardigan the Grove color in this style just looked too frumpy on me. The shape of the sweater wasn't what I needed and it made me appear to be much larger (for reference: 5'6", 38DD, 155 lbs, 43" hips). I just didn't like the cardigan and returned it the next day. I really wanted to like this cardigan and I think it would have been much better in the black color (unfortunately, it wasn't available in my sizes in black). I have many Eileen Fisher loose jackets and coats and long knit cardigans, so I was very surprised to find that this one just didn't look good on me. Sigh.
