Have in 3 colors, washes pretty well, very comfy
For me, I rate purchases for how well they wash and how long they wear, not just on looks. This sweater, overall, is a great purchase. It has a substantial percent of cashmere (30%) but doesn't pill like crazy. I hand wash most cashmere but this can take a gentle toss in the machine and even a light spin in a low temp dryer but it will shrink (no fault of its own, obviously). The first one I"ve worn a lot since the spring when it first showed up. Some pills after multiple cleanings but nothing ridiculous. Style wise, I love the boxy loose Eskandar simple timeless look and how well it takes a long EF shell underneath. I did size up to get longer sleeves and accommodate shrinkage. The only weakness is the single stitch crossover at the bottom of the front vee which is vulnerable to breakage. I reinforced all three here to avoid this.

Beautiful Color
Beautiful sweater but super wide. I couldn’t size down because it would be too short and I’m 4’10.” I bought an XS and also another one in the Oatmeal color.

Love this piece; especially on sale
Lovely piece; looks and feels great on, and I have several other sweaters with this cotton cashmere blend, and love them all. Love the Delfina color as well.

Great travel companion
Beautiful color and very comfortable style. Recently made a trip to Japan and it was my most worn article of clothing in the very cool Spring temperatures.

Nice fit, great color.
I like the style (on the boxy side but not too boxy) and color (nice and bright, great with black or tan) of this sweater. The fit and length are good for me, the shorter length being long enough to cover the top of my pants but not too long.
I got it on sale so the price was also good. I cannot comment on its performance as I have not worn it a lot with the warming temps. I plan to travel with it to cooler climes to give my generally black and white travel wardrobe a big pop. I can wear it over other tops or on its own. Happy I got it.

Not worth the price
I own at least 50 Eileen Fisher garments and am almost always happy with the quality. The feel and look of this sweater does not reflect the price. It is a beautiful color, but it feels like a $50 cotton sweater. I would have returned it, but I purchased it at an EF store that is not near my home. BTW, even though I'm petite, I did not find the fit to be too long or the v-neck too wide as mentioned by other reviewers.
