Just what I've been looking for!
For years I've wanted a really comfy walking shoe I could wear with pants and dresses. I don't find heels comfortable, but I like a little lift. These are perfect -- very comfortable, good support, and stylish enough to look good with dresses. And on sale, they're a real bargain!

Not up to EF standards
Big disappointment. The straps came up too close to my ankle and too tight. And frankly, they just look cheap. It takes a long time to get credited for returns - like 3 weeks. I won't be ordering online anymore.

Stylish and comfortable
Just love these. Bought the open toed edition in the summer and walked all over Europe in comfort. Closed toed model perfect for California winter. Only snag is that black straps leave a black line on bare feet at the ankle Please make this model in other colors. Love the peuter color

These May just be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.
Bought these in two sport sandal styles and these Carvers in both Sand and Black. Hard to find any sizes and colors in size 6 for some reason. Well worth the hunt !

Great Shoe
This is a great shoe and can be worn both casually and in the work place. I was glad to find a closed toe summer shoe as I am not able to wear even a peep-toe at my place of employment. I was not sure about size generally go between an 8 or 8 1/2 - the 8 was a good fit. As other reviewers noted it is a bit tight to first put on as the straps do not have much stretch. However, once on the fit is nice. I have yet to wear them for a long period of time but they were very comfortable when wearing for about 4 hours.
