Lint Magnet
Was very happy with this purchase until I wore it for the first time. Went to a Xmas party, took off my coat and the shirt was a mess. It was a lint magnet! I love the fit of the blouse but I would not recommend it. I wish I had purchased a different blouse.

Find it to be a bit short
I usually wear petite large in EF but found this to be too short in the hem; stopped in an awkward place on my body for a blouse or even a casual wool shirt. Am returning and trying the non-petite L but hoping the shoulders will still fit properly and will probably have to have sleeves shortened.
I urge EF to not crop things on the short side so often in their “basic lengths” these days. Things marked “Long length” or “thigh length” are usually absurdly long, and yet “basic length” are generally (but not always) a couple inches too short in hem (and of course the “cropped” are way way too short as not attractive on me as a post-menopausal “pear-shape”’shorter 61-year-old gal); it is a lot of trial and error since you don’t offer the garment measurements in customer service anymore for the various sizes, and mail order returns are a pain (and the nearest stores to me closed)
That said the fabric is interesting; I was thinking it might be scratchy but it isn’t too scratchy… (I have yet to see how it would feel wearing for hours, aka more than the try-on; however it is an interesting weave and fabric). In truth is was just trying to find any blouses you offer this year in PL (which are few and far between in a normal length hem) and wound up trying it for that reason!
Now trying the L and hoping the torso, shoulders, sleeves aren’t too long, as I attempt to accomplish finding a length I look best in!
Ps to E-F management: I did notice the mandarin collar silk georgette blouse in black is available in petites — a classic that would be a frequent, staple piece in my wardrobe — but the size petite-large in black is all sold out, which tells you there is a demand for a blouse of that size and length in a PL. i DO hope you will make more of that! Several of us customers have been asking that things please not be so short in the “basic” length. Even the tee shirts I have bought for years were cut just a couple inches shorter this year and therefore I have not been wearing them, even tho I wanted them to work as they’ve always been my 3-season staple! Or PLEASE start providing garment measurements again like you used to! Even J Jill and other lower price-point retailers provide them over the phone, and it makes the order/return/order/return trial and error much less frustration, especially when hemlines on your staple items change these years, and it would be much better for the environment not to have to do all these mail order returns?

This is perfection
I knew exactly how wool gauze would feel when I read the description. It's perfect. It will be airy, but warm just the same. Mandrin collar, perfect length all great! I am 5'4 at 140lbs and an xs. Please offer other colors, yes.

I wore this shirt for the first time today and it’s WONDERFUL. I love the fabric, washed wool gauze, so light and warm, but not too warm. Sleeves could be a bit longer (1 more inch, please), but I’d buy this in any color, hands down.
