Beautiful garment! Would be perfect if...
Beautiful fabric! I too found the sleeves to be tight and borderline short. I ordered a large. I usually purchase L or XL. The way the garment is designed is perhaps why the sleeves aren't optimal. The shoulder seam is forward with the set in sleeve dropped to be at mid upper arm. My arms are large, but tightness is not a usual for me in EF clothing. Maybe the XL would fit better, but it was not available. I will be keeping the dress and wearing it over the sleeveless crinkled tier dress in the same color...wish the sleeves were better though...

cut small; arrived totally wrinkled.
I am disappointed in the quality, packaging and cut of this garment. It arrived in a small plastic bag all folded up. When I took it out of the bag, it was terribly wrinkled. I would have to take it to a dry cleaner to even wear it. The material feels very cheap and despite the body of the dress being ok, the shoulders and arms are cut small. Sending back.

Difficult care
Nice style. Great color. Hangs well when worn. High maintenance fabric. Wrinkles easily. Does not iron nicely, drags. Water spots easily. Worried what happens if I get a spot of salad oil on it.

Pretty but...
The color is great. Love this dark green snd bought two shirts and pants as well in this great green. Now the top fits fine but narrower in the shoulders than some shirts. The silk is very very light weight. Tissue weight. Will keep it but would have preferred a better weight.

Not Worth It
I wear a 20 and I purchased this in a 3X, which according to the sizing for this item is a 26W-28W. That should have been really voluminous on me, which is what I wanted--I was going for a specific look. Instead, it barely buttoned across my bust and the shoulders were so tight that I couldn't bring my hands together without unbuttoning the cuffs. I also thought that the fabric felt cheap and that the construction was subpar. For a shape this simple at this price point, I expect to be blown away by the quality of the fabric and craftsmanship. Very disappointing. Seaweed color was pretty, though. Returned.

Versatile lightweight dress
This dress is a straight fit. Definitely true to size. I sized up as I want to wear it with a belt and the upper arm sleeve width and hip width were just skimming my curvy shape. The color didn't look great with the lighting in the EF store, but worked with my hair and skin color (yellow tones) when I tried it on. A versatile dress. They showed it in the store with a black wrap belt and tank. Fabric was silky, soft, and opaque. Perfect length.
