The shirtdress, in our delave-dyed organic linen weave. Designed with a mandarin collar and henley button closure. Perfect on its own or layer over a matching pant.

easy summer dress
easy wear casual dress... the weight and drape is just right for summer, it wrinkles less than other linen i've worn. i especially love the side in-seam pockets. i bought a petite which hits right at the knee on my 5'3" height.

This dress is a lovely color and interesting shape. It falls a bit longer than I was expecting (falls below the knees) but has a luxurious feel to the linen and is super comfy. I am 5’4-1/2 and purchased the XXS. It also shows up well on a Zoom screen!

PERFECT MID-SEASON DRESS
Purchased this for the pumpkin color and linen fabric, hoping the length was a bit longer, and it was perfect! Just at the knee, my favorite, a real shoulder seam that I prefer over the no seam, and the body fit is cool and loose but not too big, a slight lantern shape, and best of all it was on sale! Hope you repeat this style again and I will buy it.

Cute!
This dress is super cute and would have been a great piece to add to my wardrobe. I really wanted this dress in another color, but when it went on sale, my size wasn't available in the color I wanted. Based on reviews, I decided to give the "bright sandstone" color a try. I usually can fit either a S or XS in EF. Reviews led me to choose the XS. While the waist and hips fit just fine, it was slightly tight across the shoulders, so I had to return it. Not enough moving room. The S would have been the better choice, but it was sold out. Also, the color was okay... not a wow. I hope another version of this dress returns next year in more colors.

Great casual dress
Such a special nice casual and comfortable dress. The marigold color is beautiful. I ordered my usual P.L. size which is a bit too large but couldn’t find a PM anymore, so I’m staying with the larger dress. It is still very nice.

Cute but very oversized
This a cute dress. As always, great quality form Eileen Fisher. I normally wear a small in EF. It was recommended to size down if you wanted a slightly more fitted silhouette. Unfortunately, they were out of XS. The small was huge. The XXS fit perfectly thru the body with plenty of drape. However it felt slightly snug in the arm. Sadly, decided to return.

Linen Mandarin Collar Shirtdress
I want to love this dress unconditionally, but I can’t. I’m a pretty consistent EF Medium in all pieces, however this dress is cut too tight around the bust/under the armholes. A few other reviewers had mentioned that also, however I have it a shot as every body is a bit different. Love the feel, color, and pockets - super comfortable and cool on a hot summer day, but the gaping at the bust is so not okay for me.

Very happy with this dress
I rarely consider anything outside of a neutral color pallete but decided to give this pretty salmon hued linen shirtdress a whirl; very pleased wth my decision. The color is delicious and fabric substantial but light enough to be comfortable on hot summer days. I will enjoy accessorizing for different (socially distanced) occassions; thus far I've paired it with gold jewelry, an equestrian themed linen slide and my standard matte red lip.

Beautiful color and fabric but cut did not suit me
The fabric was absolutely beautiful and high quality. I was worried the color would be too orange but it was just the right shade of pinkish coral. HOWEVER the actual dress was very unflattering on me. It puffed out at the seam where the sleeve met the body, making me look more broad-shouldered than I am. Rather than gracefully sitting open as it does on the model, the collar just kind of sat on me. I looked like a frontiersman in a henley shirt, which was not my aim. It was also oddly short, even though I am not as tall as the model. Sadly sent it back.
