A breezy box-top with a jewel neck and curved hem. Cool and comfortable in our delave-dyed organic linen weave.

Classic EF box-top in wonderful Linen Delave.
I'm a big fan of EF's Linen Delave and jumped at the chance to purchase this classic box-top in a beautiful and flattering 'cinnamon' color on sale... I ordered the size M and it was perfect - not too small, not too big - looking forward to wearing this top almost year 'round.

Style and comfort
I bought this for the 2021 summer. I like the loose fit, but, it’s not “frumpy”. It feels good on me. I purchased a similar blouse from Eileen Fisher which I love to wear on those really hot summer days.

Lovely linen top that is wide in the hips
Beautiful top, but I wish I could send it back because after I cut off the tags and threw away the receipt, I decided that it’s just too wide for my narrow hips. Alas.

The color (cinnamon) is lovely as it goes with everything. The fit was
perfect. Of course, linen does wrinkle but I knew that before purchasing this

Pretty cinnamon color - very boxy
Purchased the cinnamon color in XXS - very beautiful color but fits like regular small (about two sizes larger), and I'm sure it can fit M (not oversized) as well. It's very boxy. The color also appears to be a little faded after one wash.

I wanted to love this....but....
I really DID want to love this top. I bought the lantern pants in cinnamon and was all set to have mix and match pieces. However, the top was so boxy that it was not at all flattering. I am very disappointed but I returned it.

Definitely a keeper
A good weight linen, not gauzy, not see-through. Incredibly comfortable. Love the sleeve length. Marigold is so pretty, wore it with the black lantern pants, which I also love, and colorful jewelry the first night I received it! Felt cool and summery and fun.
It's not my favorite neckline, which I knew when I ordered, but a necklace made it work. That is the only design issue, and you might not have it. I love the length, front and back, and it's not huge or small, it's just right.

I purchased the Marigold - a beautiful color and fabric. The color is not extremely bright - nuanced with different shades of gold. Easy fit. The fabric is lightweight, but not see-through. The sleeves come down to my elbow, which is good for an older person.

I ordered Medium and that seems to be right, though I often wear Large. The fabric, per usual, is fabulous. I have not washed it yet, but I feel sure it will be fine.... not sure if I will want to iron it.
