Great pants
Flattering to my shape, comfortable to wear all day at work and the shad of dark green is crisp and fresh as well as earthy- can wear them all seasons except for winter in Ohio! Will be perfect for Spring and Fall vacations to Europe.
They do show wrinkles, but somehow don’t look messy!

Wish the cut would be slimmer
Fabric is great, but I didn’t care for the dark olive green color. Also, the pleats at the front make my curvy figure look like Tweedle Dee. If the cut was a little slimmer I would keep. This might work better on a slim figure. Runs true to size.

Wonderful Fabric!
Tempted by these lantern pants after purchasing the cotton poplin wide leg ones. The fabric is so cool and comfortable, the design so easy to wear, already looking forward to next summer. My regular size PS in seaweed fits perfectly; especially love the pull-on, gathered waist and deep pockets.

Washed Organic Cotton Poplin Lantern Pants
I previously bought the black pair in xxs which is my usual EF size. I am 5’1” and 125 lbs. I usually buy the regular size because I prefer a full length pant. These are a little long, but wearable.
I wanted the seaweed pants and I jumped when I saw there were only two pairs left in pp. They arrived today and they’re perfect! I also received grove cotton hemp lantern pants today and those run much smaller all over than the poplin pants which fit quite comfortably. More room all over, including the waist, the poplin is truly a relaxed fit.
I hope that EF will bring back these pants next year with exactly the same fit, but in more colors.
I would also like to see more cotton poplin shirts, more with short sleeves and not such long lengths. I bought the beautiful calypso color in pp but it is very long, not my preference. I also bought the very wide leg poplin skirt/ pants in calypso. I am a sucker for color!

Favorite New Pants
I absolutely love these pants, they are cut differently from the linen lantern pants, with little pleats at the ankle and more space in the ankle when you sit. I just hang them after washing and they don’t need ironing. I bought 2 pairs of the green and 2 black. I keep checking back for khaki, but so far no luck.

Wonderful Modern Silhouette
Bought these on a whim and love them. The lantern shape gives the pants a modern edge to wear with a simple black tee. As they are a very lightweight poplin they do wrinkle a bit, but I misted them with water and smoothed the fabric out and they were good to go the next day. They are long enough on my 5'10" frame which is unusual for EF pants.
