A little too close:(
Runs a little small in waist and hips. Am exchanging but… needed this for matching jackets etc. Exchanged for a petite M in hopes of having a little more room in waist. Have had a similar item shrink.

This fabric would be what my daughter calls ‘old lady ish’ and while I don’t mind being an old lady or ish, I understand what she is insinuating, that it has that synthetic look with easy care, the original 70s leisure suit. I mistakenly purchased this unaware that I had purchased this same fabric 5 years ago and never wore the pants and jacket. Went into the donation pile. A total waste. It wasn’t warm enough to wear on chilly fall or winter days and too hot on steamy east coast summers or balmy spring. I especially do not like the scratchy feel of this fabric so I am returning it despite the cut of pants being more up to date. I am much like many loyal EF customers, purchasing online and crossing my fingers that items ordered online will fit due to inconsistent sizing. Corporate needs to produce more petite sizes when they offer them in specific styles because while we prefer a sale price, I’ve noticed all the petite sizes are sold out. The items that are still available on sale are either odd color shape or fabric. Please pay attention to what is in demand (sold out) keep producing those items with tasteful colors and petite sizing. Some of the colors this season were garish and unappealing, which was all that was left on sale. Those colors were not quiet luxury. Please pay attention to what sells and then repeat!

Perfect Pant.
These fit like a dream. Wash and wear well.
They elongate my legs. Love the high waist. The waist modernizes the fit. More refined and do a better job hiding imperfections. Don’t change a thing! I’m buying my 4th pair! I’m 5’ 1” I can wear either length, depending on what fit I want and what shoes I’m wearing.

Last year I bought 2 pairs of the Washable Stretch Crepe Wide-Leg Pant Easy Fit, Ankle Length, and they look gorgeous and flattering and fit like a dream. When I tried to buy more, they were gone. Bought this - the high waste is wrong for these pants! They fit poorly. As others said, they are too long. I returned them. Please bring back last year's styling!

I would have loved a petite xl, however I just got regular xl and they are really not cropped more like a wide leg ankle pant, in the lantern pants I take a large but these I needed to size up to xl

The length
So I bought another petite pants, hoping it would be as described 25” inseam… wrong it was “26” . 25” for a petite women is way too long already but then 26” is just too much.

Love these pants and live in them. Convenient and easy in every way. I find a wide leg to be more flattering on my frame. Ordered my typical medium, regular length (although sometimes a small will work & I am NOT a small person at 150 lbs & 5'3.3"). Own this pant in black & navy.

Nicely styled but…
I live in Eileen Fisher washable crepe pants and usually adore them without reservation but this pair is a disappointment. After washing, it’s obvious that the waistband is not securely fastened to the actual pants and the quality of the fabric has changed. Absolutely wearable but just a disappointment

Chic and wide pants for an EF addict
I love the fabric, the cut, and this pant! My husband frequently asks as he sees a new package from EF arrive, “Do we need a new pair of black pants from Eileen Fisher?” Yes! I love the full leg, it’s very chic. I see myself wearing them in Paris the next time I travel there to see my relatives.
